i picked up some propane tanks at ace today and cashier was really great. They did not honor my $5 off on a purchase of 20 or more on propane purchase. I am not sure why.The store is being expanded and has added many ites and is still a work in progress. I found the employees there to be very friendly. The parking loy also has an Oreilly. a vet, Albertsons and i am not remembering what else. So parking is scarce ad people often race though the parking lot.I am finding though many ace rewards that are available at tremper store purchases are not available at this store. It seems like every time I try to use a coupon at this location there is a catchSErvice is good but prices higher at this location so i will stick with tremper ace

Do not sign up for Ace rewards at this store location. They will give you an additional paper form to complete with Ace rewards which is specific to their store. They will tell you it's for local deals and advertisement. Then your email inbox will be plagued with more spam mail than you can ever imagine. I back traced the IP of the spam mail originator and it turns out that Ace Hardware is selling your Ace Rewards information to junk mail advertising agencies. Be warned, be aware.

Super rude abrasive staff for no reason. Went in to get a business receipt, cashier says they can't look it up by credit card number, even though another cashier did that for us two months ago. ACE also states online they can look up receipts via credit card transaction. Cashier wouldn't let me get a word in, insisting it must be on the company's charge account instead of the card, then kept saying she couldn't find it (bc it's on the card, not charge account...) and kept talking over me, wouldn't call a manager over to help, so I finally left and will have to go back after their shift change.

If you can’t find it here, then I suppose you should go to the warehouse store across town. The staff over there won’t be quite as kind or helpful, I guarantee you that!

It was incredibly inhospitable and downright horrible to walk miles through the snow and slush to buy a Christmas tree at this store, only to be rebuked and kicked out of the store because I was wearing a backpack and wouldn't surrender my personal property to be searched, or stolen, or who knows what - AFTER shopping in the store for 10 minutes while person after person walks in with purses and satchels tossed over their shoulder - indeed - the person I was standing next to, who had a large purse, was not asked to surrender their property or leave the store. They were treated like a normal customer. This kind of treatment made me feel like I was being accused of being a criminal, and I will NOT be discriminated against because I'm a man with a backpack. I've been shopping at this store for many years, but no more. Account cancelled, and I will not return. I wish you a Merry Christmas - even bigots deserve that.

Terrible store, terrible owner who pushes his beliefs on everyone else and believes your religion is not important.I will never shop at an Ace hardware until this owners businesses are shut down by ACE.

I won’t support a CEO and company that talks to and treats their employees and customers like this. And let’s be real - Ace is a worse Home Depot. There’s a lot of good people that work here but I will no longer support them

Eastgate is a great hardware store, but the best part is customer service. The folks who work there actually know what they doing, unlike many of the employees at Lowe's.
