I bought a Scandinavian chair from Modory some 20 years ago. One part of the tilting mechanism recently broke. I spoke with them, not even positive that I bought it from them. They picked the chair up, fixed it, and returned it to me the same day. for NO CHARGE! Exceptional service. Based on that experience I would highly recommend them.

We love shopping at Modory, there is something for every room in your home. From rugs, kitchen tables and bookcases, they really have it all. Debbie is so wonderful to work with, she walked us through customs and was able to order our dinning chairs which arrived quickly. We are so happy with our items and are always getting asked where we found them. If you're looking for furniture that will last a lifetime, go check them out!

I live in Oregon in a town where we don't have a great furniture store. My family is from Missoula so I stopped in to see their showroom and was blown away with all of the beautiful furniture, rugs, lighting and soft goods. All at your fingertips. Days and days of internet and Pinterest holes didn't help me. An hour at Modory got me on track.This is a premier destination if you want a singular piece or an entire room decorated. Even better, I was able to design my addition and select fabrics remotely! They mailed me tons of fabric options I liked and we worked together to match furniture pieces with those fabrics. The design team at Modory was timely and exceptional. Highly recommend.

When I relocated back to Missoula, Modory was one of the first places I went to find inspiration and a sense of items that reflected my life and my new home. The art piece I purchased from them continues to bring me joy, my new sleeper sofa in rich navy velvet, the rugs, blinds, everything speaks to their design sense, listening well to their customers, and exceptional service. I love this store and Debra and Lea are a joy to work with.

If you’re looking for personalized service and a wide selection of fabulous furniture and rugs, there’s no better place than Modory. Debbie is fantastic to work with and she’s personable, dependable and has excellent taste. One of the best things about Modory is that you can see something on the floor and take it home immediately. I purchased one of their Fjords recliners and it’s my favorite piece of furniture.

As an interior designer working all over Montana, Modory has always been a resource for my business. They offer an amazing collection of product lines, from furniture to specialty lighting and fine carpets. I have always found the staff to be knowledgable and extremely diligent in assisting me and my clients, both, in sourcing exactly what we are looking for. The inventory changes often and there is always something to find that I can't seem to live without, I walk through the store at least once a month and normally bring something home with me. We loved working with Debbie. We were made welcome and felt free to roam the store where we found our perfect couch and love seat. Debbie was very knowledgeable about the Fjords company, helping us select the right configuration of cushions and the fabric we wanted. The furniture completes the living room in our 1913 Arts and Crafts home.

The women at Modory were SO helpful when we were looking for a very specific rug. They let me bring home rugs and sample rugs to try in our space, and then special ordered the one we wanted. The entire process was smooth and fun! Highly recommend.

Love this store. Debbie and Lea are amazing to work with. You can take samples home to try. They will work to find things you need. Lots of different rugs, great furniture. Delivery customer service is also amazing. Best furniture and rug store in the country!
