Everyone who works here is phenomenal. I’ve stopped in a few times and have always had a good experience. This most recent time, I needed help making copies of my Grandma’s recipes and their attention to detail meant a lot to me. Fair pricing and a local business you should definitely support for your office needs.

Very happy with my experience here. I came in looking for a high-end office chair and Shaun was very helpful with finding a chair and demonstrating its functionality without being pushy. After a week of sitting in my chair and it not working out, Shaun patiently helped me find a new chair and made the exchange with no hassle. Spend your money here instead of Amazon.

Kindness goes a long way, especially in the state of our world. I was walking by to get coffee and saw office city. I've been putting off printing some documents for my car and thought I would stop in to print some stuff. The owner kindly paid for my documents with his coffee money. It was under a dollar, but still was such a pleasant interaction. Him and the other associate were very kind. Now that I know about them, I will certainly buy my journals here from now on and purchase a printer here hopefully soon since I need one. So glad to support a local business over office max or some other box store. You've certainly got my support!

I have been coming to this store and these good people for many years. They are always very knowledgeable as to product and options. Hope they do at least another hundred years here in Missoula. Their example of every day courtesy and service is a treasure to this community

Best spot in Missoula. Better than probably visiting the eiffel tower. Went in to get CD-R sleeves and saw they had some for $5. Brought them to the register and find out they ring up at $20. Turns out they were marked wrong on the shelf. I told the person working that I would gladly take these back and find some cheaper ones yet they insisted on honoring the price. very nice of you, Missoulas Office City.

Buying a stand up desk; researched the internet: not obvious as to table sizes, heights and other various adjustments: BUT if you take a short drive to Missoula Office City. Shawn very kindly walked me through the obvious questions and the questions I didn't even know I had. I found exactly what I needed, their prices competitive AND THEIR SMILES PRICELESS :)

Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful. Great prices and selection. They will order anything that you need if they don't have the items in the store. Usually arrives the next day. I highly recommend Office City to everyone.
