I find the front desk and technicians to be much more compassionate and willing to work with my dog, but the vet herself was not as thoughtful. The lack of compassion during our visit was disheartening. The vet never once spoke directly to my dog, only to me, and rushed through the appointment without taking the time to make my dog feel comfortable. She insisted I handle my dog in ways that I found invasive, rather than working with her slowly and gently. I respect my dog’s space and body more than that and felt very uncomfortable being pressured to manhandle her just for a quick visual inspection. The vet didn’t show any willingness to work with Sterling, and the entire interaction felt like she was more focused on rushing through the appointment than on providing thoughtful, compassionate care.

Great other than construction and parking issues! You need more than 10 min to get through all that! Be glad when that is done. Staff and Vet Great as always! Dr Cross is the best! Worth the hassle!

Always amazing. Very hard to get into the schedule for an appointment, but Dr Cross is our favorite. Everyone there is so amazing, friendly, and they make all options available for you as a pet owner to choose.

I wouldn't normally book both of my dogs for a dual appointment if I didn't trust that the vet could handle it. It's worked here before. They didn't have a room for us for my scheduled appointment. Because of this, communication was lacking since it was taking place in the waiting room. I was overcharged for the visit. I had one healthy pet exam (one dog) and one shot (the other dog) scheduled. They charged me for two healthy pet exams (although we had one last month). When I pointed that out, they discounted one for me. Last month, they talked me into the healthy pet exam, saying this would save money, then to have the one shot when he comes back in today. Murphy had an unsuccessful nail trim. Last time he had one, I helped in the room and he did pretty well. I think having an available room for a scheduled appointment would have led to a more successful visit. I would have been more than happy to reschedule to reduce the chaos. I'm left hesitant to give my elderly dog today's prescribed ear drops because the doctor forgot to check her notes prior to our appointment. She couldn't recall the previous two months worth of ear treatment Kato has already received.

Dr. Cross was great. He took all the time we needed to go over Bindi's health and his advice was very helpful regarding her environment and the precautions/vaccinations we need to consider. He has a great "catside manner"!

I love taking my dog to see Dr. Greener! She does a great job and is very thorough despite my baby being very nervous at the vet. Prices are reasonable and the whole staff is friendly. Love that I can schedule online too!
