Went out of her way to take all my information on a national holiday. When I arrived after a 3 hour drive. Wisteria walked us through our purchase. I highly recommend her to any one. Job well done.

My trucks sales person was, Wisteria she went above and beyond to help me and was able to answer all my questions and concerns that I had. She even stayed 2 hours after closing to make sure I got my vehicle. I felt as if this was the most greatest experience I’ve had at a dealership. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Wisteria at Nissan Missoula . While purchasing our new Nissan Altima, from strat to finish , she was incredibly attentive, kind and supportive . Wisteria provided us with all the information we needed and answered every questions we had with patience and clarity.
What truly stood out , was her willingness to go above and beyond her responsibility . She even assisted us in buying car insurance which is not typically part of her job.
Her dedicated and commitment to ensuring we had a smooth and stress-free experience were truly commendable.

My Infiniti broke down about 30 miles outside of Missoula. We had it towed to Missoula Nissan and left it there on a Saturday. They reached out to me Monday morning and got my permission to do an analysis. They figured out the problem, repaired and more! I picked it up later in the week and not only was it like brand new, but sparkling clean. They’re awesome. Honest, responsive and top notch service. We worked w Mike in service. A great experience overall!

I'm fed up with marketing tactics from car dealerships, but this one is extra wasteful and deceiving. They mailed tens of thousands of large glossy flyers with a key attached. I "won" $500 so called to ask what BS that was, and he confirmed that yes, it's BS. So tens of thousands of these plastic, metal, and paper items go to the dump for nothing. ?

Called service multiple times over the last month. Left a couple messages. Have literally not received a single call back, and I still can't get a call through. I guess my money doesn't spend here. I will definitely think twice before buying a Nissan again if they're not going to support their own vehicles.

I bought a 2013 Cadillac SRX that was never serviced prior to the sale. They had to replace the computer screen and had it in the shop for 2 months while I waited. This is why it was so disheartening when I found a rodent nest in the space around the engine and a yellow jacket nest in the air filter. I discovered this when I had the vehicle serviced. I called several times and left messages for Jesse to call me regarding this matter. He never called me back. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership. I really thought it must have been an oversight. I truly thought they would offer to service the vehicle. It is usually policy to service a vehicle prior to a sale. Then again they also gave me the vehicle with an empty gas tank, I had to ask them to fill it up as it was on E.
I am so disappointed with this car purchasing experience. I feel strongly regarding the lack of professionalism in decent business practices involving this matter. I felt compelled to leave this review. I don't like that it got to this point.

Over 2 hours waiting, had to ask twice before being told my car was done. informed if I waived the car wash I could get my car back.

Gerald mace was my salesman and he went above. And beyond to earn my business, we will definitely be coming back for another vehicle when the time comes. But until then, I have already recommended. Nissan missoula and gerald specifically to about 5 of my friends who are in the market for vehicles.
