The experience started out absolutely phenomenal to be honest. Long distance purchasing a car, wonderful transparency for the deal I was offered, collecting my information to make it quick in the dealership, etc….Bought the car, it was detailed poorly. Sticker residue on the outside, goo on the wheels and antennae not removed, had to detail the car again when I got home. Totally fine, not a huge deal but it’s the only time I’ve ever had in the several cars I’ve purchased. Fast forward I do the Hyundai survey that asks how they did. How was the staff? Fantastic! How was the delivery of the car? Subpar. How was the interaction with the paperwork? Quick and easy. All answers I was given. Sales reached out after basically telling they’re dissatisfied with my answers and how it affects their livelihood and why I would give such them an honest score of how my opinion was. I don’t think it’s professional to reach back out and guilt the customer on why the scores I gave were accurate or justified. So great experience turned a little sour after the fact. But others probably will have better luck.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Went to the dealership due to the recall. After doing the repair, they did a “full inspection” and told me I needed all new brakes and quoted me their price. I knew my front brakes were low, and had an appointment the next week with my mechanic to get them inspected and likely replaced, so I waited. My mechanic (AAA-approved, super reliable and trustworthy) replaced my front brakes but told me my rear brakes were still at 50% and there was no reason to replace those. Also, the dealership kept my car for two extra hours after the one-hour repair and inspection because they “always was cars after they service them.” Not sure why washing the car would take two hours, but even after all that time when I finally picked it up the car was not washed! It was no cleaner outside than when I brought it in, and the inside was dirtier. Crazy! There were more issues, but that is enough to explain my rating.

We bought a used 2015 Sonata from another dealership in the area some years ago. At +99000 miles, the engine failed. At Missoula Nissan Hyundai, after a few weeks of diagnosis and reviewing my detailed milage book, Hyundai Motors replaced the engine at no cost to us. Not one cent.I picked up the car and drove it about 30 miles. After I had parked, as I put the car in drive, the transmission went in reverse instead. I had it towed back to the dealership. They took full responsibility for the error, apologized profusely and EVEN PAID FOR THE TOWING BACK w/o one bit of quibbling. They cut me a check for the tow immediately when I showed up to pick up the car again. This is the definition of excellent service.Some other dealerships in the area should take notice.Next car we purchase, will be from Missoula Nissan Hyundai.

I can not express now satisfied I am with choosing Missoula Hyundai for all my needs. I own a 2022 Kona. Mike.B has always gone above and beyond my expectations when unexpected issues have come up. The entire team has been absolutely phenomenal when ever I've had to bring my car in for check ups.

The staff was very helpful in getting me the information I needed so that I felt comfortable buying my new car (I love my Santa Cruz, I've named her Betty). Troy has worked with us for our last 2 new car purchases, he's been nothing but great to work with. We set up most of the deal over the phone and only spent an hour-ish at the dealership (which was ideal). I would highly recommend Troy and the rest of the team at Missoula Hyundai. I'm sure I'll be back in 3-4 years to upgrade again!

Amazing and friendly service. The only place in missoula willing to have a conversation with me about getting a new car. The whole staff was great. We mainly were helped by Troy and he did an amazing job, was super honest and helped with any questions I had. Best car shopping experience I have had.

Bought my 2022 Santa Fe from another dealership in Missoula. Realized the AC wasn't producing cold air. They recommended I go to Missoula Hyundai as it was under warranty. So glad I did, the Service Department was amazing. Have never had such a wonderful experience with a dealership before!

Absolutely hands down one of the best dealers I've ever interacted with and I've bought a lot of new cars! Even though I live 3 hours away, I chose to buy here instead of slightly closer Hyundai dealer because Troy in sales here was incredible! I really felt he LISTENED to my needs, he made great suggestions, and he was very communicative throughout the whole process! These Tucson Hybrids are rather popular so it took a bit to get the one I wanted in but he communicated throughout and made the sales process so easy! I took one trip there to look at a gas powered model to make sure it was what I wanted, then when the Limited Hybrid showed up, I drove over, spent about 15 minutes completing the paperwork (because Scott & Adam were great at getting the credit approval and documents done beforehand!) then got to spend quite a bit of time with Troy learning all the fancy features of this new rig! I drove a rental from Bozeman, Troy even offered to pick me up at the return to take me to the dealership to get my new car. Really exceptional service all around, I felt very safe and valued, and I was treated very fairly!

Bought a brand new 2023 Hyundai Sonata on the sales floor. Ended up driving over a dozen cars. I'm 6'4 and finding one I can really relax and stretch in is really difficult to get fully comfortable. It had the features and style I want, the salesman Jesse was willing to go through every feature -and as a techie, that is appreciated quite a bit! These cars have many buttons!- and ensured my questions were answered.I felt like I wasn't being shoved into a car, and he never went outside of my budget or remained as close as possible when weighing options like going up or down one model, or down to the Hyundai Elantra for less price. I got a thorough explanation of the lease/finance options before making my final decision and was encouraged to do things such as checking rates with insurance even though some of them I already knew.Overall, the experience was awesome. I got the car I wanted -In the color I wanted!!-, and I felt welcomed as a person and not a wallet.Good job!

We went with our Brand new Hyundai Tucson to fix something and the service department were really negative it took us 6 hours to drive Spokane and fix something in 20 min. You guys try to charge us even when we have guaranteed and extra protection for the vehicle.I purchased 3 cars in this dealership and the sales people are amazing ?? Troy and Joe.

My 2021 Ioniq is amazing! Handles very well on Montana roads & gets great gas ⛽️ mileage. The customer service & service department have been wonderful when I go in for routine maintenance. Thank you for taking great .care of me & my car

Troy Zastrow greeted us as we walked into the showroom. He was knowledgeable and had answers to our questions. He made us feel comfortable around the technology found in new cars and was patient explaining this to older customers. (We are in our 70s)
