I'm not sure who they have pricing their items, but they price them way too high. Also, I have been to many goodwill stores across the country and I have NEVER seen another store that prices each pair of shoes individually! There should be a set price for shoes regardless of what brand they are! The goodwill is a thrift store not a boutique. I just wish they knew that.

Shop there a few times a week, do not get in Melia’s line. She would not sell me a sheet set even tho it had one tag and was on one hanger. Insisted she had to charge me for each one. She needs a little more training on how pricing works there.

This place is terrible! Do NOT buy ANYTHING from them! I bought a tv from them for $30, and when I got home the tv didn’t even turn on. Refunds are only given to you on a gift card…. So they scam you into spending money there. I ended up not returning the tv and just throwing it away and eating the $30. I’m not buying another $30 worth of junk that doesn’t even work from them, literally, EVER again.I give them one star because google made me give them something. True rating= 0 ⭐️

It is hard for me to understand your pricing strategy? You receive your product for free with almost no overhead. Your labor cost should be very low as you use Opportunity Resources for some of your staffing at a very low rate. You are a tax exempt non profit business saving thousands a year. Big box stores manage to make millions and they pay for there goods. What am I missing here? Where do all the profits go. Please post at your business what you are doing for the Missoula community for this tax exempt status. We all want to help we just need to know what you'r doing with all the profit. Please help Missoula and avoid the national needs if possible as Missoula is giving you the tax exemption. Taxes are very high for all of us. I hope you understand my concern. God bless and Mary Christmas.

Goodwill is a fraudulent charity, that being said, there prices are super.high on ysed, unwashed clothing. They literally take it out of your trunk and put it on a hanger for sale. Its gross, smells, and you can usually find better deals on clothing at Walmart for brand new clothes!

We went just looking for treasures. We found so much. The dressing room attendant was nice. No wait to try anything on and he took the things we didn't want. Books, jackets, Christmas throws. Very happy with selection. The line was a bit long to check out but the worker was doing his best and was really quick. All in all we were very happy with our purchases and experience.

Worst experience EVER shopping at a Goodwill. We will be contacting corporate, regional management, etc. Whoever will listen we will contact them. I understand policy. I understand rules. What I don't understand is how an employee can walk around telling everyone, "make sure you're in line by 7 if you want to buy your stuff." So my husband goes and gets in line while I gather up our family. He was literally standing in line before 7. I was walking towards him and checked my watch and it said 7 ( as the man at the front of the store made an announcement that it was now 7pm and to get in line so you can purchase your stuff). I get next to my husband and asked him to check the time. He looked at his phone and said 7pm. I told him I was glad we made it in time. The employee standing in line in front of us turns and tells us that 7pm is the cutoff and we didn't make it so we can't buy our stuff. I told her my husband was standing behind her for several minutes and we were there by 7. She looked at her watch and said, "well it's 7:01 now and your husband is in line behind me so he didn't make the cutoff." She refused to listen to us and was very self-righteous and snotty. She wouldn't let me buy my 4 year her 2 toys. My 4 year began to sob while everyone watched. I tried to talk with the woman and she refused to budge or listen... even though the other employees and customers were very upset for our family because they witnessed the entire thing. I know your store must have cameras. Watch them. This woman is a heartless cruel person. We were just passing through town on a roadtrip and we were tying to purchase a couple things for our kids to entertain them and try and keep more stuff out of the landfills. We didn't need to stop at Goodwill, but we like supporting them.... I will never step foot in another Goodwill again. Your employee should be ashamed of her behavior and I would be ashamed to have her be the face for Goodwill. Cold hearted and cruel... no goodness at Goodwill!

I had the worst experience EVER in the store. We were visiting from out of town and our kids love going to some second hand stores to find a toy of some treasure. They were about to close so I started walking up to the front. I got in line at 659 (they close at 7) and there was a huge line that they were checking out. They made an announcement cement that they were closing at 7 when I was standing in line. One of the supervisors was standing in front of me apparently. She then told everyone that was behind her that they weren't allowed to check out because they weren't in line at 7 (which wasn't true). My daughter left crying because she found a kitty toy that she found and the lady wouldn't let us check out. She wouldn't even talk to us. The other customers in line looked appalled as well and I even heard them talking about how wrong that was. I tried to speak to another supervisor there and he said that he couldn't do anything. They turned many people away that still would have had to wait to check out anyway. They lost their organization at least a couple hundred dollars and traumatized my little girl. Shame on this employee and this organization for allowing this type of behavior. I won't come back and I will be contacting the corporate office about this. This person needs some retraining at least and shouldn't be in a supervisory role by treating customers this way.
