I walked in a minute before close and they stayed there for 40 minutes to sign me up for a 5g mobile hotspot. They could have said “no sorry we’re closing, come back tomorrow” but they didn’t, they stayed and helped me.

A customer for over 25 years. Tmobile service is fantastic. Only one issue recently. The internet tower 5G for areas outside of Missoula doesn't work. Example: Stevensville doesn't have internet service so they suggest a tower you hook up yourself. After 4 days my data was up to 90% used. May as well use the Hotspot on my phone.

Best customer service I have ever seen. I was having a ton of trouble with my new Iphone and their whole entire team helped me troubleshoot and get it all figured out. They made a lot of calls and took a lot of time to help me, and I am very appreciative!

All of my experiences with T-Mobile has been pleasant. Great coverage everywhere I go except way back in the mountains, and then only down in the valley areas.

I just switched over from the "V" company and was having issues with sending texts. I went into this store and the two tech's (Sara? and Tanner) solved my problem quickly and efficiently. They were helpful and friendly and made me think I made a good switch.

They really do a great job with the personal one on one customer service here at T'Mobile. I came in and discussed a plan and in minutes my phone was setup and I was on my way. I did a bring your own phone plan and they were happy to help. The other "Big Name" cell phone stores in Missoula won't give me the time of day unless I'm signing the next 2 years of financial obligations to them. T-Moblle has a super fast 5G system that actually works. The other 2 Big Name providers say they have a super fast 5G, but it's really an enhanced 4G called 5G and it is slow most of the time. You will not beat T-Mobile's 5G speeds. I have done the tests and I'm here at T-mobile.

Do not go here to dispute double bill charges. It will be a gigantic waste of your time. The in-store rep cannot help. All they do is call the online number. In my case I spent near an hour in-store while employee was on the line with a rep. The rep on the phone eventually just disconnect the call with no resolution. 2 months into TMobile and I'm already regretting it.

I was helped by Jackson @ the store on the corner of Brooks & South Reserve. He explained everything very well & put the total cost of everything on paper. No surprise fees anywhere! The store was pretty busy but the 2 gentlemen working were polite, friendly & professional! I recommend this store if your looking to switch to T-mobile. ?

Awesome Place to get good phones and great service all wrapped up with amazing customer service! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the store and HE WAS AWESOME!! He didnt try to upsell me on anything and found money for me to save, putting it back into my pocket! If you want to be more than happy and no complaints about your cell service this is the place to go!! SAVE $ & BE TREATED BETTER THAN THE REST OF THE CELL SERVICES IN MT!!

Christiana at T-Mobile was amazingly nice severely helpful she even offered to come back to the store after she was off I told her absolutely not that is an employee that goes above and beyond I would suggest go to the Brooks Metro PCS store and talk to Christiana

I stopped in to consider switching my phone carrier and was throughly delighted by the customer service the manager Karissa (sp?) gave me. She was knowledgeable, helpful and super sweet!! My current service ends soon, and I'm planning to go with Metro BECAUSE she was so great. She's a breath of fresh air in trying times. ?
