Samples of makeup products were expired and a lot of the packaging was so old it was yellowing. The wigs are heavily overpriced for synthetic and the woman working was rude and gave incorrect information regarding the capabilities of synthetic wigs.

Last time I walked in, she yelled at me I'm watching you as if I was going to steal something...guess she thought I was a homeless person...Don't wear joggers and a t shirt to this store unless you want to get yelled at?♀️?♀️

Very clean and friendly. I was helped right away and was able to walk out with 2 wigs that made me feel good about my self. I look forward to coming back again.

I tried on a wig. I liked it. But wanted a different color. When it came in, she handed it to me and dismissed me. I should have tried it on. It doesn't fit the way the one in the store did. I am out $235.00. She is rude, I would not recommend her or her store.

Worst customer service. The owner was rude and not helpful at all. She just kept repeating the prices like I didn't hear her the first 3 times. She never offered to fit my head or provide any helpful tips or suggestions! Never shopping there if my life depended on it.

I am a mom with three kids who have there own issues. I came to just look. I have been buying off Amazon for months trying to find a good wig. Like a fairy godmother I was shown heartwarming love. I was shown all about wigs and how to take care of wigs. All accessories where there for me to be able to go home and take care of my wig. I chose a wig that was 200.00 I left knowing I'm coming back.

The woman was so unkind. She acted like we didn’t belong there. She kept scolding my 1 year old for touching purses etc. We all were masked up, she was not and telling a 1 year old not to touch anything. I was managing my daughters best I could while helping find my mom a wig for her chemo related hair loss. The service was terrible.

I love their B&B coverage..very light, but effective for older skin. They have great wigs although I have never bought one.

my car overheated and stalled in the middle of the road right next to merle norman. i was scared, it was hot and i had my dogs with me. several good samaritans got out of their cars to help push me out of the road. the only place for them to safely push my car was the merle norman parking lot. well a blonde lady came out of the business, im guessing it was the owner, and was not happy these wonderful people were pushing my car into her parking lot. Instead of having some compassion for me, she started going off on me saying i wasnt turning my wheel the right way and was telling the people helping me what to do and to not push my car into a certain spot. we were just trying to get my car safely off the road as the traffic was backhng up and then deal where to push it so it could cool off, but this woman would not shut up and kept barking orders what to do! i realize its her parking lot, but this was an emergency and i was scared and so embarrassed. She is a very hateful, nasty person. the wonderful owner in the business next door, Howards Pizza let me put my car in their parking lot while it cooled off and i could get it safely home. word of advice, dont break down by Merle Norman.

Merle Norman Cosmetics in Missoula is one of my "go to places". Sandy is wonderful in her knowledge, helpfulness and experience. I am a wig con essure. This is my store for wigs. They offer many brands and colors and what Betty and Sandy don't have in stock, they will order for you. Their wigs and cosmetics ship fast too. I would recommend this shop to any woman who wants to complete their look. Thanks Betty and Sandy!!
