“I bought a Scandinavian chair from Modory some 20 years ago. One part of the tilting mechanism recently broke. I spoke with them, not even positive that I bought it from them. They picked the chair up, fixed it, and returned it to me the same day. for NO CHARGE! Exceptional service. Based on that experience I would highly recommend them.”

“The service team at Wagner's went above and beyond for us when we needed a repair done to a recliner we bought 2 years ago. (the damage to the chair was not the fault of the chair but of our grandkids who loved using the remote!) Josh and Garrett, went out of their way to get the work done quickly when they heard that my husband had fallen and broke his hip. This chair supports him so well and is much easier for him to get in & out of and we are SO VERY GRATEFUL for their kindness and thoroughness. “I had a very satisfying experience today. We had purchased new bedroom and living room furniture right before everything closed down during the pandemic. After we got the sofa home, we realized it was missing a part which made one of the motorized recliners inoperable. After waiting 7 months for the part to get delivered, I went into the store to see the status. The part was still not in, but Furniture Row rectified the situation by replacing the entire couch.
