“I’ve been in the store several times since moving to Missoula in 7/2024. Every associate has been friendly and very helpful. Today they really shined. I was near tears due to an urgent package delivery that was not supposed to require signature but did, and therefore was not delivered yesterday to my home as planned. It caused a cascade of financial repercussions so when I arrived at the store this morning and it was not yet there, I was extremely frustrated. The associate I worked with (I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name) immediately offered to call the UPS distribution center and had them pull it out and hold it for me so I could pick it up there. You saved me a ton of money and frustration, I’m so grateful! Thank you for handling my hysteria with grace and phenomenal customer service!”

“I went to the post office on 6/5 to mail off a walking cane. They were rude told me to "frankenstein" a package together if I wanted to mail it. I've never mailed a package like this before and didn't quite know what to do.
I left and went to the UPS store on Brooks to figure out how to package a cane. The woman that helped me was very kind and polite. Her name was Megan. She did an amazing job creating a custom package to fit this cane like a glove. It saved me a lot of trouble and money. It also made my whole day to see that people with geniuine ambition, kindness, and work ethic still exist. What a great experience. Thanks again :)”
