Bow was great to work with in all aspects. He doesn’t forget about what you’re looking for and actively will check in with you from time to time. Great guy thanks for everything Bow. Update, second week of ownership.
After the “ inspection, service and Detailing of the vehicle” I realized the vehicle was likely not inspected, or serviced. It was detailed the second time I took it in for those services. The first time it sat for 6 hours. And nothing was done to it. It sat over night and the next day (today) the vehicle would not start. I looked at the batteries and they are filthy, rusted and have corrosion. Absolutely ridiculous! The tail light gets condensation and I was informed once the warranty paper work goes through they will see if it’s covered. The tail lights are broken on the inside corners. According to the Ford Pass maintenance records it was not serviced by Lithuania Ford save for accessories and glass. Furthermore I was given one key fob I brought this to the attention of Ford “it didn’t have two” was the response given. I assumed two Keys was a given from such a reputable dealership who’s motto is “Making Customers for Life” I am assuming I will not be getting a second FOB. I should be able to expect more integrity out of a company when making a purchase of that magnitude. The fact this vehicle was not thoroughly inspected and repaired is a direct reflection of the lack of professional integrity. No to mention a severe lack of respect for me in this transaction. How dishonorable.

I usually get excellent service at Lithia ford when I take my truck in for service, but last week there was a snafoo. I have special lug nuts for my wheels. They were to be rotated as well. For some reason Lithia does not have the special tools needed for this. I gave them my lock and socket for the rotation to be done. I did not get them back, I guess the guy who rotated them didn’t have them anymore. Although I love taking my truck to Lithia, I’m going to request I don’t get that same service guy again. Other than that, they did me right.

The service time took much longer than expected but it was a full brake job so I guess that’s ok.

Routine service visit this time. Mid October 2023. Efficient, knowledgeable, and I will continue using their shop.
Had an 1130 appointment for basic oil change and rotation. Two hours later, I’m finally done. I asked why so long and was told they were slammed just as I came in or immediately after. Can’t remember which. I have an appointment. Why should that matter? Why have appointments at all if one is still subject to the rush?

They misquoted us a price for the repair, charging us an additional $1200, and we were told this was a deal - NOT. While doing the repair we asked them to fix, they found an oil leak which we had no evidence of having prior to taking it to them but this was covered under warranty. Then... they found a front seal leak on the transmission which was not covered under warranty. After having the truck for a week, we went to pick it up and it wasn't ready and we had to wait two hours before it was ready. Then, after picking it up, the AC/heater, and heated/cooling seats did not work, so we had to take it back for them to fix that! We live an hour away from the dealership so this was not a convenient thing for us to do. In addition, the roof trim has broken where it screws into the truck, and they told us this was not something they can fix and to take it to a private glass shop - really?! Super disappointed with this service and we will not be going back, buyer beware! Our vehicle is a 2019 F350 crew cab with about 70,000 miles on it.
