overall good experience. purchased RAM 3500 and drove 4 hrs to pick up. alreadybhave one so didn't need all the sales extras and guidance but Thomas moved the process along fairly quickly as I just wanted to be in and out. highly recommend lithia for vehicle purchases

All throughout a good experience. Even though dealing with extended warranty was a pain and a long process I got updated communication and great support from Justin and Nathaniel! Looking forward to coming here if future work needs done.
