I was signed in for my service appointment by Bobbi. She is a new face for me, but I haven’t been there for eight months. She also was professional in getting me taken care of. Was signed out by Zack, who was also a new face. He was very cordial and helpful. The shuttle lady was also a joy to ride with as she even came back to return my to Lythia Dodge. Thanks all.

Edit: I did finally receive a service appointment after calling the responder to my review. However, it appears that during that appointment, their replacement part had "the exact same issue". Cue the waiting for a call when the part came in, and another couple of months of attempting to contact them, leaving messages for my technician, with no response. I have given up getting the Lithia Service Center to honor their warranty repair. Reducing my review from two stars to one star.----------I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer that had a 2-month dealer warranty attached. Shortly after the purchase, I realized there was a fault with the air conditioning and attempted to set up an appointment.After repeated calls and automatically being put on hold, then getting hung up on, I finally spoke to a live person that said the soonest appointment was around 2-weeks from the end of my warranty date. The appointment went very well and the technician informed me they would need to order a part and would contact me in about a week. He also assured me that since the appointment was made prior to the warranty expiry, that it would be free of charge.After not hearing from them in a week and a half, I spent repeated attempts trying to find out whether the part is in and when I can get it replaced. I've left messages on their voicemail, contact form, website chat bot, and with live people from their service department. Each time I am told they would contact me after they found the information.No one has contacted me back, and now we're well past the warranty period. Granted, I no longer need the air conditioning to be reliable until next Summer, but I have no faith it will be fixed under the warranty I was provided and will have to seek an alternate repair at my own cost.
