The service department guys got me right in for my pre-paid oil change. My only concern was that I didn't receive any written confirmation upon completion of my oil change. Apparently, there was computer hackers that took many of the Dodge dealerships computer software out, so customers didn't receive an account of what work was done on their vehicles.
My oil change was done on Wednesday,
July 17th, 2024 at the Missoula Dodge Dealership.

Very happy with their service department. Dallas (service manager) is great to work with, as are the guys at the oil change desk. Their service department is really the reason I bought my truck there!

I bought my 2006 Dodge Durango here over 7 years ago. I love bringing my car in as the customer service is always spot on. The service writers are very friendly and explain everything perfect for me to understand
