I live adjacent to this storage area. There are 3 units where homeless folks are living out of. There are homeless folks parked on the street in front of these storage units with the junk scattered all over the property. These do not seem to be managed or attended to on a regular basis.

This little storage place has definitely been here for a lot of years. (It's a bit run down & probably not airtight) The unit we're using is one of the smallest they offer & it works really well for us. The manager (Ritaâ¤) lives close & tries to keep her eyes on the place, so that's helpful. She's kind, understanding & has been truly wonderful to work with.

Don't use this place to store your things... Its flooded at the moment and every unit has water damage black mold and is mouse infested... Its a disaster.. Go somewhere else for your storage needs
