I tried to be a returning customer, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. Jay consistently blew off my job. Despite trying to schedule since the beginning of April, he almost never returns text messages, leading to poor and unprofessional communication. I can't recommend this company based on such unreliable service.

The tinting wasn’t aligned with the edge of the windows perfectly and there were some small bubbles. Honestly, not the biggest deal for me. What I really didn’t like was that they quoted me a lower price over the phone than they demanded more in person and when I said that was fine, I didn’t want there service anymore, the guy I spoke to said that he’d make it the original price if I left a good review. I did, and then I found the edit button.

Jay is such an amazing person. He is prompt with responding, even after hours. Cheapest in the entire valley & its ceramic tint. Some places charge you more just for that. I called for a quote from someone else because jay was booked and it was double what Jay was going to charge, i said Eff that! He also comes to you! That’s the best part, i’ve got 3 kids and i’m not sitting in a shop. Jay has tinted 7 of my vehicles, so i’ve given this guy thousands of cash and he is for sure worth every penny. He tinted my dodge yesterday and threw in the windshield band for free. I won’t stop using his service at all. You won’t be disappointed!

Was recommended by a friend. Tried getting a tint job. But after multiple attempts of communication via text and call during normal business hours and only getting one three word text for a reply I finally had to go with nuwave, who’s prices were great btw.

Oh my gosh, this man is AMAZING. Honestly, using literally any other glass repair place would be a completely ridiculous thing to do. He replaced my back windshield for HALF the cost and in a TENTH the amount of time quoted by the next top rated glass place in Missoula. The fact that *he* will come to *you* is just the icing on top! A million stars.Service: Auto windshield replacement

After making a few calls, I decided to go with Knights. Jay’s quote was considerably less than everyone else. He was also quick to call back with the quote & said he could come some time the next afternoon. He called and showed up early afternoon the next day, did the job quickly & efficiently. I asked him about my driver mirror & he told me it would be cheaper to but it on Amazon & told me how to replace it myself. He also cleared off scratches on my headlights for free. He was prompt, pleasant ( both in nature & to look at) & honest. I will be using his services to replace my motorhome window for sure. Despite some unfortunate supply chain and weather related delays, he was honest, kept me updated and got the job done at the first possible chance. I would recommend him to anyone. Also, he is faaar cheaper than anyone else in town.Service: Window installation

His price was the lowest of all the quotes I gathered in the Bitterroot Valley. He came to my home to replace my windshield which was very convenient. We had a misunderstanding regarding calibration, but in the end he was helpful, extremely reasonable to work, and professional in how he handled it. I unfortunately, would not recommend Knights Auto Glass and Ceramics. When I had first reached out to get my new vehicle tinted, we had schedule a date and time for him to come by. On the day that the appointment was made, he never showed up or reached out to me letting me know he wasnt going to make it. I had reached out and asked if he was still planning on coming by, he had responded to me three hours later with a different day he was able to come by and do it because the heat was bad that day. I understood and we agreed on another day. After he had competed the tinting I was very pleased with the price and him coming to my work. After looking over the tint more, I had noticed bubbling and what looked to be scratches in the tint ( I believe its lint or possible bunching of the tint.) I had reached out and asked him if he would come fix his work, as it truly didnt look great. He said he would come by and look at it. He said he showed up the next day and looked it over and said there was no bubbling. I told him I would love to show him from the inside, as it is is hard to tell by how dusty the outside of the windows get and lighting. By time I got his message and ran out to my car he was nowhere to be found. My windows were dirty, he would had to have wiped them off to even see anything from the outside. But it had looked like no one touched them. See the photos below to see how the rest of the conversation went. I truly hope no one has to go through the same experience I did, as it was very poorly handled and unprofessional. On a side note, I did not receive a refund and also confirmed with my friend that worked at the coffee shop that he was only there for 5ish minutes.

The Montana winter and summer heat caused the cracks in my windshield to expand. In short notice I got a quote and got the repair done in less that a few days. At first he said it will be a week but I explained that I have to drive home back to college and I don’t want to risk getting a ticket. He was empathetic and took the time out of his day to come to MY house and do AMAZING work for such a low price. I got quotes from other companies and their prices were doubled! He also got the right windshield which was really astounding because I have a 2021 Infiniti. Would definitely recommend!Service: Auto windshield repair
