We worked with Kyle Smith at Missoula VW. We were interested in a new VW Atlas Peak Edition. They ended up selling the one they had on their lot, which we looked at and test drove. Kyle located another vehicle for us and we purchased the vehicle from the dealership in Missoula. Kyle was great to work with, pleasant attitude and very helpful with knowledge of the vehicle we were purchasing. When we’re ready to purchase another vehicle we will return to Missoula VW and Kyle.

I worked with Josh and he helped me finance my first car. He was super awesome to talk with and worked with me to get what I needed and wanted. He also talked with us like we were just hanging out which is nice being able to just chill out. I highly recommend this place!

I had a terrible experience with the service department at Volkswagen Missoula. I made an appointment for my Audi to get an oil change and was told over the phone it would be a 30 to 45 minute appointment. It took 2 1/2 hours. Following my oil change, my check engine light came on for the first time ever and stayed on for the next week. When I called back to tell them about this, they made a second appointment to see what the issue was. I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment and was told an hour and a half later that they had not even gotten my car back to look at yet . I finally told them that I just wanted my keys back and I would take my car elsewhere and not one single person even apologized for wasting my time or that they were running so far behind. Ridiculous customer service. I won’t be back and do not recommend.

The service was fantastic. Dalton was very professional and kind. I also loved that there were some dogs in there and that you're allow to bring yours in!

Went in and bought a brand new GTI just yesterday. Micheal was my salesman and he was the absolute best. Him along with everyone else was so nice and easy to work with. If I'm ever in the market again i will for sure go back there. Great service and wonderful people. 10/10

Missoula vw for me has left some to be desired I bought a 23 vw atlas cross sport there and when I went to pick up the car it wasn’t exactly what I wanted . I very clearly specified to my salesman exactly what I wanted and thought that is what I was getting. I should have looked more before getting a loan on a car that I hadn’t seen because I certainly didn’t the model options I told him was a necessity to fit my needs . Pretty disappointing ! The service department at this particular dealership is good but seem to always be busy
That doesn’t reflect negative on the sales dept. tho

I had a great experience purchasing, and then returning my cross bars for my roof rack on my atlas cross sport. I was treated well by guys in sales, parts, and service!
