Took my Chevy Tahoe to Missoula Chevrolet to have some repairs done. Unfortunately it did not get fixed. Had my car in the shop three times and paid over $1000

We were driving through Missoula with three kids and our dog on our way home from visiting relatives and had a water pump fail. Lucky for us we had stopped nearby for lunch, so it wasn’t far to the dealership.
Despite the maintenance shop being extremely busy, they were able to squeeze us in to determine the problem and eventually replace the pump and get us on our way again. Todd was the one that helped us through the process and even came to find us in the waiting area to discuss the repair while adding in some casual, friendly conversation as well. Olivia was the cashier and she and several other employees gave our dog lots of attention and a few cookies as we waited.
The employees at this dealership went out of their way to help us out in a stressful situation and had us back on the road in a few hours. Thank you all for your kind survice!

Day one of our 6 person family vacation and we had a gas smell issue. Saturday morning with no appointment. We are 1,000 miles from home and 300 miles from our destination. Peggy and staff really took care of my family. They replaced the ruptured fuel line and shuttled us to the college for our tour while it was being fixed. Virtually no interuption to our 9 day vacation. Thank you to all who helped!
