Car lockout services from Josh was prompt and extremely welcomed; the cost was exactly what it should’ve been as opposed to other options herein Missoula. Thanks again for being an outstanding service provider to the travelers who would sooner sleep on the grass than pay too much to get back into their vehicles.

I took my 15 Chevy Traverse to have a power steering pump replaced as the original one had failed. $2300 later the first pump they had installed was making a horrible whining/humming sound especially when idling and turning sharp corners. We called them right away and they said to give it a couple weeks as there might be air in the system. It only got worse. They replaced it again and the 2nd replacement pump had the same noise. I went back to have them check it again and they advised me that all new pumps are manufactured that way and all will make noise, no way around it. They then claimed to replace it once again. Long story short, I am still dealing with a whining noise when idling and turning corners. My next step is a second opinion as I don't believe that all replaced pumps make this much noise. Anyone that even thinks about buying my car will think the pump is on the way out as it makes the sound of a failing pump. They tried to be nice but I feel like I'm getting the run around. They've lost my business and I definitely plan to spread the word.

Missoula Motor Company came to my aid much quicker than Triple A could this last weekend. Josh was very personable and professional. Thank you for helping me quickly solve my towing issue!

We got flat tires on I-90. After I called Missoula Motor, Carol as dispatcher called out Josh. He showed up on time, providing advices on tire and wheels, and bring us back to Costco tire center safely. Really appreciate it!!!

Bought some custom "Doughnut Doors" for my new Ford Bronco and needed somebody who could paint them to color match to the vehicle body. They were a little slow to deliver - but that didn't bother me since I dropped them off end of February and these doors are only for summer use here in Montana. (they had some staff leave suddenly on them and were short-handed) The finished product made the wait well worth it. My vehicle color is multi-tinted (not just a single color) so matching it is more difficult than most. But they spent the time and did an EXCELLENT job. Result looks like it came from the factory. Highly recommend.

Very much appreciated the crew who repaired our vehicle. They were going through tough times with a key person (who did estimate) suddenly not working anymore and an ownership change. All in all they honored our appointment and were committed to getting the work completed.

The WORST!!! When addressed with why my car was being towed, a very unhealthy and snide employee was quick to be unprofessional and rude for a reason unbeknownst to me. I was then accused of arguing and ignored my pleas while discussing my situation to a unknown/secret person who I was not privy too. I was directed by the 911 operator to wait for a phone call from the officer that cited my car (which was a foot inside a driveway) for blocking a driveway even though they had exited with ease. The driver of the tow truck refused to wait for the officers phone call which I received as the tow truck operator quickly accelerated from the scene. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone and hopefully this review discourages Tyler towing from treating other people in such an unprofessional and disreputable manner.

Highly recommend this service. We slid off the hwy and got stuck in the median on Christmas morning. Our tow truck driver not only got us out, he was warm, friendly, and very helpful. He made a terrifying situation better. We are very grateful for this service.Service: Car towing

My daughter had an oops and was going to fast on the icy roads. She slid off into the ditch and the snow was to deep for her to get herself out. We live 3 hours away so I searched for a Tow truck company in Missoula as she was about 25 miles out of town. When I called they were very nice and very responsive. They got to her quick, got her out and on her way for what I think is a very reasonable cost. Thank you!!

We took our Yukon to Karl Tyler Autobody to have some new plastic pillar cover panels installed. For six, 1-foot by 4-inch plastic panels plus installation we paid nearly $700. Upon inspection, 2/6 were not installed properly and were pinching the weather stripping. That we figured was easily remedied at home by just sliding it out. We then opened the rear driver's side door to find that the main door's weatherstripping had been ripped where you have to peel it back to get to the screws holding the panels in place. We know it was not like that when we took it in so we asked for it to be fixed or else the door could whistle or leak. The manager downright refused to admit that it happened while they were working on it and instead tried to say that it must have been ripped before and someone tried to super-glue it back together. This is a $40,000 vehicle and a $50 part. Who the hell would super-glue weatherstripping? Anyone with any vehicle knowledge knows that if you tear rubber they can get a slight white look to where the molecules stretched before tearing. After about 5 minutes of making our case that it was not like that and they should fix it I came to the conclusion that they weren't going to help us out. We went next door to the Karl Tyler Dealership and their parts and service department made it right and had to apologize for what had occurred at the Autobody shop. If you need body work done either go to the dealer or another shop in town. I would avoid this place based on their customer service methods alone.
