They went out of their way to accommodate, not only did they open their shop after hours on a weekend for me to drop off a Meyers snow plow pump, but they completed the job the next day and found a truck driver to deliver it to me 350 miles away. Boni went above and beyond anything I could have asked for along with the truck driver. I cannot recommend them enough!

We broke down outside of Missoula on a Saturday and were rescued by Iron Horse. Our driver came from Drummond and was quick, friendly, and willing to do whatever was necessary to help us out. He took me to the airport to get a rental car while my wife went w him to the Nissan dealership to drop off our vehicle. He was great. Super accommodating and over the top service. Highly recommend if you find yourself needing a tow!

Best service ever! Problem with my Class A motorhome and they got me towed to safely and even fixed the coolant leak. Had to make a part as one wasn't available anywhere but everything done very well and I was back on my way in one day. Couldn't imagine any better service any where.

I'm a quadriplegic who needed his van brought to Saint Patrick's Hospital from the airport where it was being worked on in the mechanic shop. Long story short, it ran out of gas on West Broadway before it could make it to my location at St Pat's. The wonderful people at Iron Horse Towing were generous enough to offer their assistance by delivering a little bit of gas to help get me my van to the safe location of St Patrick's hospital where I am at. The lady named Emily at the front desk/ receptionist was way more than helpful in the request for some simple gallon or so of gas being delivered to my broken down van location. They are taking their own time and their own equipment and their own money to go out of their way to help a quadriplegic in need. This is not the first time this company has been extremely helpful in regards to Towing and roadside assistance to me throughout my 30 years of being here in missoula. I highly recommend this company above all others when it comes to towing services and roadside assistance. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. Two thumbs up, highly recommended! Very nice folk running the business who have actual consciousness and ethics that her reasonable and not at all demanding in exchange for their services. I cannot say enough about this company and I hope that you have a similar experience! Iron Horse towing, for the win!

Scott at iron horse was fantastic helping me deal with a pain in the a** insurance company, he was very helpful and patient with my calls and dealing with insurance that wouldn’t pay, we fought insurance 5 hours and as soon as we got them to pay he had an awesome driver out right away that treated my family and car very well. Highly recommend this company and if I ever need a tow in the area they will be my first call. Thanks guys!!!

Got myself into a pickle with DIY repairs, they got it into the shop, Larry put his professional touch on it, and awayyyy I went.
Would recommend. Keep in mind this was in the summer season.

Amazing service sweet girl picked me, my mom and my 4 kids up and drove us and my van for over an hour! So thankful this was the company that came. Then got estimates on the work that needed done and they had the best price after 4 calls.

My son was headed out of Missoula and with in 25 miles ended up on the side of the road with an accelerator problem, on Memorial Day. Iron Horse was quickly out there, towed the truck, delivered him to his house and got the repairs done first thing Tuesday morning. The price was very fair and we are all grateful things went so smoothly. - thank you to their friendly drivers and staff!

Very disappointing the owner is shady had to unfortunately use this company a few times their rates are stupidly high and it seems their drivers are half the time too I think I'd rather push my vehicle next time than go with these money gouging creeps
