From what I gathered this business is run by a husband and a wife and the wife is absolutely phenomenal and one of the sweetest people I have ever met, and the only reason I am giving this shop 2 stars instead of 1. The husband was yelling at one of his employees the day I brought my items in about how she needs to get things done and do a better job. I was told my items might be done that Friday so I called to check that day and he is who answered the phone and proceeded to scream at his wife telling her that she shouldn’t tell people that items are ready when they aren’t. The man that works at this shop is extremely unprofessional and treats the women they work here terribly. I would also like to add that ring cleaning is extremely overpriced, I originally went here just to get a watch, engraved and decided to have my rings cleaned by them as well and I paid $70 to have two rings cleaned and one of them I would not have gotten cleaned had I known it was that overpriced. I never in a million years expected to pay that much for ring cleaning.

Went to Honey to have an engagement ring resized. Very welcoming environment with friendly folks. They did an excellent job at a fair price. Would happily recommend their services to anyone.

Wonderful service. They took a very old battered ring of mine, sized it, cleaned it up and was able to keep the original engraving. Looks better than new. It was done before promised too.

Honey jewelry and the staff there are very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Not only have I had them fixed multiple pieces of jewelry for me. But I have had them make several custom pieces that are fantastic and mean so much because of the story behind them and the concept of what they are and Wade was able to bring that out in jewelry in such a beautiful way. I will not go to any other jewelry store in Missoula, because they will not be able to do what Honey jewelry can do. I recommend this establishment highly to anybody who needs to have their jewelry fixed or are in the market to have a custom one of a kind peace made for them or their family.

I went to Honey Jewelers expecting a business transaction, and what I got was an experience. Walking into Honey's is like walking into the home of a favored family member, from the decor and ambiance, to the welcoming clientele.My partner and I, life-long nerds, had been gifted a beautiful family heirloom ring with permission to re-purpose the diamonds. We chose to design a ring after our mutual favorite film - Luc Besson's 'The Fifth Element' - but we both had quite a bit of trepidation about finding someone who would melt down a 100-year-old Tiffany's ring and turn it into an extremely geeky wedding band. Honey's didn't bat an eye. Instead, they told us to pull up a chair.When I say we spent several sessions designing this ring down to the very last detail, I mean it. From durability, to shaping and placement, down to literal hidden gems...Wade & his team went above and beyond to create a piece of fine jewelry that is also an art piece, and a tribute to n*** culture (which is terribly underrepresented in the fashion world).To summarize; we are beyond thrilled with our Honey's experience. We will be going to them to design another nerdy ring for my partner soon, and can't recommend them enough.

Picking out wedding rings can become a stressful adventure. We had been to several jewelers and had become a little disappointed. We found a couple of rings that would be OK, but nothing that really excited us. We even thought about “settling” on a couple of different rings. We then entered Honey Jewelers. The shop is different than most and we started talking with Wade and Dorothea. It wasn’t long before they had some ideas that started to interest us. By the end of the 1st visit we became optimistic that we would find the rings that would excite us. We returned a few days later and worked through some designs with a lot of back and forth between the 2 of us, Wade and Dorothea. They both listened to our ideas and worked with us to design what developed into exactly what we wanted, even though we didn’t know what that was until they walked us through this process. Together, we designed two custom rings that are truly unique. We couldn’t be happier with our rings and will always be grateful for their true interest, expertise and excitement in making this dream come true. Glenn and Nicole

Took a belt buckle in for a simple repair should have taken 20 minutes max to fix he had it for 2 weeks and still never fixed it. I called about it and he was very rude on the phone. I went and picked it up and fixed it myself in about 15 minutes. No it was not done professionally but it was fixed well enough for it to work.I planned on having them make a new buckle but I will go somewhere else don't like rude people

Honey Jewelers was incredibly easy to work with. I asked them to resize my wedding rings and a ring I recently received as a gift. Honey Jewelers were quick to respond to my email inquiry, kind and knowledgeable during my visit to their store and the turnaround time was fast as lighting. Check out was simple and the associate came across very sweet.

My wife and I needed a new setting for the diamond from her engagement ring. This was our first experience with a shop like this. Everyone in the shop was very friendly and helpful. The ring is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the work. Worth every penny.

After swinging ropes over horses and mules for 10 years, the band on my already antique engagement ring wore out to the point I could not wear it anymore. The whole team made us feel so welcome in the store. Wade took my rough idea and laid it out on a computer generator. He helped me design exactly what I was thinking and he reset the ring in a thicker twisty white gold band. He also added purple rhodalites that I really wanted with little accent diamonds. He did this all in such a quick and professional mannor. He ordered the band from out of state and it still only took him about a week to finish everything up and call us back in. I'm extremely pleased with my ring by Honey Jewelers, and we will be back without a doubt.Before and after pictures attached. ?
