They picked the chair up, fixed it, and returned it to me the same day. for NO CHARGE! Exceptional service. Based on that experience I would highly recommend them.”

“It's a cute little shop, a bit pricy. And just a little warning, if you buy any of the Hello Kitty surprise gift boxes, make sure to check dates. Some of the food might be expired. Not by much, 2-3 days beyond. Besides that, I would recommend going and having a look around.”

“I had a very satisfying experience today. We had purchased new bedroom and living room furniture right before everything closed down during the pandemic. After we got the sofa home, we realized it was missing a part which made one of the motorized recliners inoperable. After waiting 7 months for the part to get delivered, I went into the store to see the status. The part was still not in, but Furniture Row rectified the situation by replacing the entire couch. Quick and easy, and I am a happy customer.”
