“I bought a Scandinavian chair from Modory some 20 years ago. One part of the tilting mechanism recently broke. I spoke with them, not even positive that I bought it from them. They picked the chair up, fixed it, and returned it to me the same day. for NO CHARGE! Exceptional service. Based on that experience I would highly recommend them.”
“I cannot recommend the Missoula Sleep Number store enough. My husband and I needed a new bed and decided to go to Sleep Number on a whim; we didn’t really know what Sleep Number beds were about until we were educated. Not only were the employees super knowledgeable and walked us through everything, but they had EXCEPTIONAL customer service. You can tell these guys actually enjoy what they do. I asked them why they seemed to genuinely like they’re job so much, and the manager said, “Because I like helping people” and the other two employees echoed the same sentiment.
