I was confused by one of the Missoula, MT employees that I spoke with on the phone last week. I was in need of some advice on insulation for my attic, but all he would talk about was gerbils and this special cone that he had for the gerbils to run through. He didn't specify where they were running to, he just kept saying, "you know what I mean," but I didn't. All I wanted to talk about is what type of insulation to use and this guy kept turning the conversation to gerbils, something called poppers (jalapeno?) and wicked head rushes. Not impressed with this young man's customer service, but surprised by his knowledge of information on small rodents, tapered tubular devices, and the late Diff'rent Strokes wunderkind Gary Coleman. He'd be great on a trivia team. Not so much in a building materials company. 2 stars.

Great materials and almost any tool a drywall company needs. Customer service needs improvement, the people answering the phones need to step their game up and be more friendly. There’s plenty of other stores I can get the same material from and I will go that route if things don’t change.
