I gave them 3 years worth of our taxes in 2018. We'd stored all our information while moving states.
They told us our daughter came in and took them for her FAFSA, she wasn't on our taxes and didn't go to college. Today 3/26/24 they E mailed us and said they found them! Stored in old boxes ready to shred!!!!

A Very well know local business. Been getting my taxes done here for the last two years. Made an appointment 3 months ago. Been in contact with them for the past three weeks about documents needed. Showed up for my appointment. They tell me I’m an hour late and that there is nothing they can do, but reschedule me 4 months from now. No call no nothing. Probably a great company, but simple common courtesies slip through the fingers. Get the feeling they are more for the paycheck than the customer.

Rude, unprofessional, and a little to willing to talk about weird political stuff totally unprovoked. After several years of thinking I liked working with Nic, it's quite clear that my business is better appreciated somewhere else. I highly recommend everyone else avoids this place and takes their hard earned money to someone who thinks more about business than creating personal problems.
