Stylist: Been going here for months. New lady there with 3/4 red hair and 1/4 blonde. Seemed scared to start the razor let alone cut my hair. I have a meeting tomorrow and needed a high fade. Got home and can see it’s chunky along the top. Not even at all. Beard line up isn’t straight either. Definitely going somewhere else to fix this and prevent it from happening again.

I do not recommend going to the grey clips on reserve st. Horrible service, they were telling people the wait would 30-45minutes when in reality it was over two hour wait because there was only two stylist working and they clearly did not want to be in the same room as each other or be at work period. I checking in at 1pm and didn’t get my hair cut until 4:30 pm I only got my hair cut because the lovely people over on Russel st we’re so amazing and got me in so fast and the environment of the store was WAY more positive and nice. Worst experience ever at a great clips. Will never be going back to the one on reserve st.

Waiting for a haircut and the staff started talking poorly and laughing about a woman that just came for an interview. They also talked poorly about past employees. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Even if the candidate wasn’t a good fit, don’t talk down on someone else especially not in front of all your customers. Gladly will not support this business again. The haircut also was not blended well.

I went in for a trim and got helped by the coolest hair stylist I've ever gone to. Her name was Megan and from the moment I sat in her chair, to the moment I left, I was pretty much laughing my head off. Plus, she did an amazing job on my hair. I didn't want to lose too much length, but my hair was fried at the ends. She somehow trimed it and it didn't even look any shorter, which I was super pleased with! She made me feel very comfortable and gave me some great tips on how to keep my hair healthy. The prices are unbeatable too. I highly recommend seeing Megan at Great Clips. I'll definitely be going back and bringing my family as well!!! THANKS FOR BEING SO AWESOME MEGAN!

Went in for a kids hair cut and was very specific with Megan with what I wanted and I'm very happy and will keep going back to her. She is an amazing hair stylist, takes her time for what you want and is easy to talk to.

Kelsey did a great job on a trim up for me, I really appreciate that she stopped to ask a couple of times on how much shorter I wanted my bangs instead of just cutting them to whatever length and calling it done.

Must say megan is one of the few people who knows what she's doing. I've always had a hard time finding the right stylist that can actually cut my hair the way I want it. Her personality tops off the whole experience which is an added bonus. Definitely recommend her!
