I went to the store on 1/3/24 at night to purchase a product. The staff was very insistent on having me purchase another. He kept giving me the details on the other. I explained that I had already made up my mind and wanted to the one I picked. He still delayed ringing me up as he said he couldn't understand why I wanted the other product and asked me to explain my reasoning. I eventually left without purchasing anything.

Purchased supplements and the cashier asked if I would like to subscribe to auto delivery. I told him no but he enrolled my rewards account anyway. Customer service is over seas and after waiting for twenty minutes to speak with someone who cannot understand English the calls are dropped I assume due to poor internet connection quality but maybe they are just hanging up on me? I called the local store and they confirmed that a subscription was entered by their associate but there is nothing they can do and their manager has not called me back. Do not sign up for GNC rewards!! It allows a simple sales associate to commit fraud and the time it will take you to resolve it is not worth dealing with this irreputable organization. I have used GNC for over ten years. Last time I was in the store they had next to nothing in stock which is why the sales associate suggested direct delivery which I declined. The organization's complete lack of customer service in the face of their own agent's fraud has me looking for a better alternative.
