Truly above-and-beyond customer service. My rear-view mirror broke off and badly chipped the windshield, and I was dreading having to replace the whole thing. They fit me in last-minute without an appointment, assessed the issue and explained the underlying cause, and fixed it quickly. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and *incredibly* generous with their time and energy. Even if it takes a little time to get your car in, it’s worth waiting for people you can trust to do the job right and not try to upsell you. I could not recommend Glass Doctor of Missoula more highly.

so last jdecember is. 1st they did have a windshield for my ramcharger and a seal i was over joyed. This is where that stopped when i picked up my rig they never informed me that they had brocken a piece of my trim, then i found out that my winshield was leaking. i let over 100 messages they never got back to me i always had to go talk to them in persom we/ tthey tried 3 times on appointment to fix the leak but have it as my main vehicle kinda haed. Then i went down in september and maid an appointment and got the leak fixed but my windshield is shrinking somehow and he said he called the manufacturer don't know if he did. okay got a text on october 4th that my rig was done took off work early and got a ride over. No one was there probably got a call to go do a job, that being said 1. i could not get my keys, 2. they left it unlocked in that neighborhood, 3. they did not install the new molding piece and there installer dug threw my vehicle and found a couple of hodge podge ones i was going to make into one if need be. i called this morning10-4 and installer Chris very rude and admitted to leaving my vehicle unlocked and not installing or knowing about the new interior piece, he however admit to breaking the 1st one. would i recommend these poeple for service on your vehicle no use them only if you are desperate. I even tried many time for them to turn over to there insurance they would not. Save your time and money go with some one else.

I payed a 125$ for a special window they said needed to be ordered.I deal with a death of a family member and decided not to get my window fixed rate way.When I was able about 2.5 3 weeks later I tried to schedule an appointment.It's been about two weeks of me texting and calling with no response.Not sure what the deal is?I payed for half of the service and the windowThey told me it would cost 250 and I payed 125$Now they won't respond and I'm out a window and a 125$$Still waiting for a response.I figured higher management would see this and reach out.Still waiting.Horrible service at this point.
