l Ordered many furniture items from furniture row they were delivered within a few days as I am only a mile from store I the ordered their top of the line Massage chair I was told it would take a few weeks well 3 months a big truck brought it into my home in pieces to put together! My Doctor told me not to use it as I am 83 and have a bad back. The manager at furniture told me they would take it back and give me store credit for it.........OK but each time I would call or go there The manager was not in. I have tried the chair once for a 5 min demo type and it was terrible, I tried for a year to get satisfaction yes another manager , I can not get it out of the doorway where it was set up and the people manager??? said I would have to try and find a couple of handymen?????// and the store did not want it?? I beg you to please please help me. The /store does not even have my last name spelled correctly they have it as Moonie it is Mooney!! I have told them about this dozens of times Pat M

I purchased a sectional in November 2020 from the Missoula store. i was super excited as this is the first piece of new furniture I've ever bought. I got it in January 2021 and things were good. in February 2022, one of the handles for the recliner broke. I called the store and orders a replacement part, they said it could take up to four months due to the supply chain issues. I called back in June and was told they couldn't find my order, but they would reorder it and it should be in within 8 weeks. I called in August and again they couldn't find my order, they said they would look into it and get back to me. I called in early September and again no order. The manager I spoke with said she was new and would figure it out for me and call me, she didn't. I called the following week and she was still researching. I then got a call in October from the place that apparently does their repairs asking about it. I told him what had been going on and he said he'd look into it. Finally in November 2022, I found the part on Amazon, ordered it and fixed the recliner myself. I will never purchase from them again.

When my wife and I arrived we walked in looking for a complete leather living room set. There was a couple sitting on a couch who arrived just before we did and a sales woman walked past us and ask them if they needed any help. We hung around that area looking at several living room sets and when she was done with the couple (my wife, myself and that couple were the only customers in the furniture store) she looked at us as she headed back to the desk without saying a word. We stayed around the store for another 30 minutes while she sat on her butt and watched us. Just as we decided to leave a young man finally came by to ask if we needed any help. By then I had enough, there were three sales people at the desk and it took 30 minutes for one of them to do their job. We went to Ashley Furniture, found a set we liked, had super customer service and spent more than $7,000.00. We won't be back.

Purchased a brand new recliner for $1000 in December 2021. The recliner showed up and was broken right out of the box. I have called furniture row several times about getting it fixed and they keep giving me the run around. They gave me the number for the shop they use to fix the chair as well and that company has given me excuses for over a month now saying my replacement parts got lost in their paperwork. Four months later (now March 2022) and my chair is still broken! Poor management that does not care about paying customers! Do not shop here!!

I had a very satisfying experience today. We had purchased new bedroom and living room furniture right before everything closed down during the pandemic. After we got the sofa home, we realized it was missing a part which made one of the motorized recliners inoperable. After waiting 7 months for the part to get delivered, I went into the store to see the status. The part was still not in, but Furniture Row rectified the situation by replacing the entire couch. Quick and easy, and I am a happy customer.

Staff was helpful, friendly, and easygoing. Masks and hand sanitizer made me feel safe and happy to do business. Mattresses were fairly priced and I was able to get next day delivery. A very positive experience!
