Last Friday (6/10) Went in to this branch to see if I (a long time bankee there) could pay small amounts to keep my overdrawn amount ($40) from collections; long answer was no. Spoke with a lady who I think genuinely meant well, but this woman - after I explained the dangerously tentative financial situation I’m in because of losing a job - told me that Target was hiring across the street. It may not be common sense, but telling people who are struggling that they could just go work at target to avoid disaster does not help anybody and misconceptions like this truly harm people. Anyway; maybe have a training on how to deal with the poor or something. Thank you for nothing and bye

I would not trust this bank with my lunch money. If you need banking made hard and incompetent employees this is the bank for you.

Sabrina went out of her way drafting a letter for me to provide to my investment firm. Called her and she had it ready within twenty minutes. Have banked here for years and will continue doing so.

I've been banking here for 13 years and have never had anything but exceptional service. The tellers are always very friendly and the drive-thru is faster than the other bank we use. Whenever they see my daughter in the back seat at the drive-thru, they always give her a lollipop at the end of the transaction. What a great bank!
