Can't reach a single HUMAN, packages keep getting transferred to mail w/out notice it's ridiculous. Pay for delivery then I've gotta drive to pickup!

Every single time. Package is out for delivery. Then I get a notification package is delayed. Waiting on a phone that needs a signature. No package no delivery no knock on the door. I guess they want a person to sit outside and wait for them. UPS is so much better.

Larry at my local Fed Ex pickup office saw that I'd requested a nearby rerouting after I missed a signature request. He called me to let me know that they had my package at the sorting facility and that I could come pick it up. Fantastic.

We use this location for our Business Shipping and absolutely LOVE the Employees! They really do go above and beyond for their Customers.....! The bad reviews that are listed on here baffle me. I hope that everyone can acknowledge and understand that once the packages LEAVE this SPECIFIC location, it is 100% beyond their control at THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION!!! At that point it becomes a FedEx Customer Service/Corporate/HR issue! Don't take it out on the good Folks that are working hard to do their job accurately.... Maybe it was just an off day?! Thank you FedEx at MSO for going above and beyond for our Small Business!

Very difficult to find as the fed ex ground is on the other side of the railroad tracks. Its the shipping center, not the fed ex ground. Turn at the church, take a right and you should see it on the left. Boondocks of Missoula.

If I could give a zero star I would, called because my package was over a week late. All I was told they couldn't deliver no more info wouldn't you think they'd give a reason why or leave a note or something terrible.

Once you get to a customer rep, all they will do is read the screen. This company simply does don't give two cares about their customers. There is no way to contact FedEx locally, again, sidestepping any hope a customer might have of figuring out what's going on.

Worst company to send or receive from your packages are damaged and late. Use ups if at all possible

the FedEx driver in Darby just dropped my packages off across the street instead of at my house. I literally have a house number easily visible on my home. I guess reading and being able to tell direction isn't a requirement for the job.

Your lazy driver leaves package on the concrete in our driveway because he doesn't want to walk to the front door. Our packages have been rained on, snowed on and I almost ran some over backing out of the garage because he left them right in front of the garage door.

The hours they burden people who actually work with are terrible. They won’t even hold a package until it’s been attempted to be delivered three times, of course at the same time of day as if that’s helpful. I will now have to take time off work just so I can pick up a package. I recommend never using fedex. UPS at least offers locations to pick up at and are far more friendly to working folk with their hours.

We can't seem to get our package or figure out where it is, and it's a perishable food delivery kit. We've been getting them delivered once a week for months. Two weeks ago they didn't deliver it for some reason, left a note saying to pick it up at the local office downtown after 6:30 pm. We did that only to find out they close at 6 pm. We were able to get it the next day, and some of our food items weren't fresh anymore. Now, two weeks later, we didn't get our delivery again, I got a voicemail from a lady saying that our address was incorrect or the driver was told we didn't live where we do anymore. Our address is the same as it's been for months, was correct, and we live in a large apartment complex that we know no one would've told the driver we moved. There's no number for the shipping warehouse except a 1-800 number so we tried that and confirmed our address was not in fact incorrect, and the lady said it would be delivered today. It wasn't, and the tracking still says it's at the warehouse. So it's been 2 days now, and our meal kit is probably just sitting, rotting in their warehouse, and we can't seem to get anyone to deliver it.
