7 hours agoNEWDriver speeds down private road where posted 10 miles hr. Drivers name is David. Said his boss Gary said he can drive 25 mph. no matter what! Concerned going to hit our animals. Driver extremely disrespectful using profanities including the “F” word. Seemed to have his response well rehearsed. Slammed slider on truck! The roads out here are dirt with expensive maintenance by residents. When asked bosses last name said he didn’t know it because it’s foreign and couldn’t pronounce. Mentioned that if he wouldn’t slow down that I didn’t want him driving on our road. He said, Fine then I won’t bring your packages and you can pick them up in Missoula. We live in Stevensville. And we’re not the only ones on this road. Sent express FedEx package with him. Hope it arrives to destination in one piece. We have other packages to arrive and hope we don’t have anymore drama with FedEx.

Rather upset to see a FedEx delivery driver merely tossing my package onto my front porch and snapping a picture as if he provided great care and proof of it being so carefully delivered. Not happy to see. See video attached to review. Are we overreacting? I think not.

Ordered a hot water heater, and the shipper picked FedEx. Well I guess that was the first mistake. They tried delivering the package at 8am. Which in my opinion is pretty early for residential customers. Called em, and was told that there was no way of getting the package earlier than 5-6pm, and I will have to drive down, pick it up. Maybe I'm just frustrated, but this is kinda bs. Took the day off work to be home to get package and install. So I guess I have another week with out hot water, thx guys. My kid thanks you as well.
