In a difficult time for home buyers, he was able to help me not just find a home perfect for me and what I was looking for, but something that I could afford.
He was there for me every single step of the way and provided services that I didn't expect. He got everything lined up that I would need and coordinated services for home repairs. We used Melissa with our home purchase here in Missoula. We found the home for sale by owner but were buying from out of state so felt it necessary to use a realtor. Melissa was recommended by a friend. She was quick to contact the owner and set up a showing. She helped us coordinate some work done on the home too while we were in the process of moving from Washington. We were happy with the closing process. However, the Homes for Hero’s paperwork has been very slow and the turn around time for that has been lengthy due to lack of paperwork completed on her end. Advice stay on top of that. Look up the program if you’re not familiar! It is a pro to using Melissa.

My wife and I live in Eugene Oregon. We went camping in Montana for a couple weeks last September (2019), fell in love, and bought a house in Missoula! It was a whirlwind experience that ended with us having a house that we absolutely love in a town we adore.It couldn't have happened as quickly and easily as it did without the professionalism, dedication, and kindness of Janice Calf Looking with Exit Realty! Knowing we were 10 unwashed days into camping, Janice went above and beyond to show us houses on an accelerated schedule. When we found our house, she made everything go off without a hitch.Fase forward to today, almost 5 months later and 10 days before we are scheduled to move from Eugene into our new house, I was notified by our alarm system that back door was opened. Not welcomed news when 10 hours away by car! The police said all was good, however, I was still concerned. I called Janice and she drove over to the house immediately and found the door sensor had fallen to the floor! Whew! Thank you Janice - we love you!
