Go buy quality furniture with welcoming staff and Joe was amazing. He answered my questions and ordered furniture. Very nice place to buy good quality furniture for a long-term commitment vs. buying lesser quality furniture that doesn't hold up in the end.

Let's just say it was the most awful retail experience I've had. You try to shop local, this one backfired. Nice store, nice people but I feel I fell through the cracks. Taking your advice and never going back. Sorry I still stand by the low rating. All the best.I wouldn't hurt a local business because of one bad experience. I'll however still be taking my business elsewhere, and we are all glad for that!

Walked in told the salesman just to leave me alone or I would walk. He left me alone and I looked for a while then I left came back with my wife and bought some stuff. I was very happy with the staff was very nice and respectful. The two guys that came and put together the bed and the couch were very respectful and very professional.

I enjoy my purchased product. However thier service was poor. After purchase they promised to assemble my bench and they said it would be ready next day. I showed up to cliam with reciept... half an hour later they brought me a box containing parts and pieces. I'll mention that I was only customer they were fully staffed my purchase was was prepaid and they had two full days. The assembly was minor took me 10-15 min. IDK mabey I expect to much but I felt they really didnt care. I mean why couldnt they have just handed me the box when I paid for it if that was the plan?

The employee that helped me was very nice and looked some things up for me. I was a little disappointed that most of the furniture was leather. I was looking for a fabric that was more cottage style and 2 rocker recliners that weren't so big. I was also looking for a large curio cabinet but they didn't have any . They did have some nice leather furniture if that's what your looking for and nice table sets

Dave (service manager) is a prince. No one likes to have a problem with an item least of all me, but I did. My electric recliner simply quit reclining. Dave took care of it immediately installed the new parts and had it working in short order and without question. One more example of why we still need locally owned non chain stores and why we need to support them. Thanks guys!

Really helpful sales person. He let us take a chair to see the color in sunlight that was coming through the window. Color is so different under fluorescent lights.
