Fair prices and they usually have a great selection. They rotate through a lot of furniture, and I usually check in once a month to see what is available.

I really appreciate Donation Warehouse. We had a fully functional dishwasher that was actually very good that we could not get rid of. They took it.The best thing is we always support anti child abuse/human trafficking organizations.I am an advocate.

Generally good quality goods , people are easy to deal with. They didn't have what I needed at the time. I did donate a couch which they checked out before they would unload it.

This place is awesome! So excited for my new Barbie couch! They post furniture that comes in on their Instagram page regularly, and they were very prompt getting back to me when I asked about the couch. They delivered it to Lolo, and were very fast and efficient getting it into my apartment. I will definitely shop here again!

This is a great place to find nice quality used furniture and appliances at great prices. We found a lounge rocker, bookcase and file cabinet. They were all of good quality and very reasonably priced.Staff were helpful and they brought the items out and helped with loading.It’s great that you can support a good cause while getting a good bargain.

This place is a great resource for our community. I have bought many appliances here over the years. A washer & dryer, a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator and lots of furniture. The staff is friendly, the prices are great and you even get a warranty with your appliances. I highly recommend them!

Prices were pretty fair for the most part but it was disheartening when I bought a desk earlier today & returned to pick it up and I was not given, nor offered, any help from the employees. It was a 6 ft long desk that I disassembled & brought out to my car piece by piece.Prices were good but their customer service needs vast improvement.

I always enjoy perusing this store. I have bought several items here over the years. However, I am beginning to be frustrated with the "it's on hold policy". I drive from out of town to shop here with money to spend and I am finding more often than not, a good majority of the store seems to be on hold for someone else to make up their mind and likely shop around while an item is "being held". In my opinion, a 3 day hold, plus 2 more holds for other people, is excessive. Otherwise, mostly good prices and friendly staff.

Great customer service, quality products, and always new things in stock. I come here at least once a week and can't recommend this place enough! Find anything from inexpensive used furniture to used and new appliances which are always tested and work or they'll repair, exchange or sometimes even let you return them. On top of that all profits go to their charity. I've bought a washer dryer and don't worry, they even deliver!
