Dillard's is always a good place to shop. The staff are helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome. One of my favorite things about going to Dillard's is finding all of the great bargains.

The guy in the shoe department (I think his name was Taylor) was awesome and super nice. The gal in the the prom dress section, named Jo, was EXTREMELY rude. We specifically didn't buy a dress from Dillard's just because of our experience with her. Sad as this really ruined my sister's first experience trying on prom dresses.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this store. The attendants were helpful and kind, even joking along with me when I was trying on clothes. I found a great outfit for graduation here when I was unsure if I was going to find anything at all. I would certainly come here again if I needed something a little more on the formal side.
