I dont usually write reviews unless the product or service is superb so this review says something. I've gone here a few times to get some parts for my vehicles and the service in the parts department is superb every time. Bobby especially is a very knowledgeable and kind fella and knows a ton about Hondas. I always love stopping by as I know I'm going to be getting top notch service. I've been to a couple of other dealerships and none have been better than Denny Menholt Honda. If you're hesitant to go here, don't be. These guys are amazing!

I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and not until the last purchase did me and my wife have an awful experience with Brad the service manager. He was rude and very condescending towards my wife. He likes to talk down to women and treat them like they are stupid and like they don't know any better. Had issues with the used car we bought only days after purchase and Brad claimed all was well when we took it in...we get a call later saying nevermind there is a leak and it's getting fixed. We come back to pick it up and the windshield wipers are out of alignment. Brad claims it was like that when we took it in and refuses to fix it...it definitely was not like that. We get tired of Brad's attitude and superiority complex and take it to the Ford dealership where they fix the wiper blades free of charge and the multiple leaks Brad claimed were none existent....again free of charge. This Brad character should not be working with people or a manager of anything. We will never take our vehicles to this guy again. He was the horrible experience and the reason for the 1 star.

My Husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Chad Marriage and Brad Christain.I find buying a new vehicle to be a very stressful experience and these two were so incredible, they answered all our question's and kept open communication the whole time. We were very pleased with the attention to detail and quality service. Thank you both so much, I still smile every time I get in my new car.

I've been in Missoula for 30 years and had learned to avoid this place early on due to pushy salespeople etc. I took a chance the other day because I was curious to know more about a particular vehicle they had. I have to say, they seem to have improved their game. The salesman I met with, Isaac, was the opposite of pushy. He was incredibly helpful and got me the exact information in an kind and unassuming fashion. I wasn't in love with this particular vehicle enough at this time to move forward but would not hesitate to shop here or do business with Isaac in the future. Thank you for your time!

I have had various intermittent key fob problems for 2.5yrs. Roberta refuses to listen to these problems as they are not consistent and they do not replicate in the one hour that they have the car. I know no one else with a honda CRV that has had these unsafe problems. Are my contacts with her in writing? I never get an answer to this question.

Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. We took the car in for it's first servicing. Had a few questions about the system and the technician knew exactly what we were talking about and how to change the programing to fit our needs. Service on the vehicle was prompt and in the timeline they anticipated. Very happy with DMUH and all it's staff.

I worked with Alex for the purchase of my new car. The experience was so pleasant and easy. Alex is very knowledgeable about the cars and helped with understanding all the features of my car. He helped me to personalize all the buttons in the car and made himself available to answer questions after I left the lot with the car. What a fantastic experience. Thank you. I love my new Honda.

After posting an honest review on 07/11/2023, Denny Menholt waited for me to show up at my scheduled appointment on 08/07/2023 (to fix the AC that hasn't worked since May) to tell me they do not wish to do business with me due to the Yelp review. They WILL NOT HONOR the extended warranty on my vehicle. The letter I received from the Honda cooperation, highly encouraged the service be completed at a Honda Dealership. Denny Menholt is the only Honda dealership in Missoula, Montana. Eugene was polite and professional when telling me his managers which included Troy, emailed him this morning about refusing me service. Eugene stated I could speak to a manager today about their decision, but it is Troy that has still yet to call me almost a month later, so I have no hope I will actually speak to a manager about my experience or their decision to refuse me service. If Troy had time to send an email this morning, he probably had time to call me himself to discuss the situation. If the management team at Denny Menholt did not like the review I wrote on the 11th of July, they could have called me, texted me, or wrote a letter advising they no longer want to do business with me. If I were given a reasonable notice, I would have had my AC fixed by another shop in town by the time I waited for an appointment with Honda. Unfortunately, due to the extended warranty for this AC issue, I wanted to get my vehicle serviced at Honda to try to get reimbursed through the warranty. Instead, they waited almost a month to notify me when I arrived in person. It is hard to speak for the managers since I haven't had any communication with them, but it seems as though they did this on purpose because they didn't like the honest review about their leadership. After reading through the other poor reviews, it unfortunately seems like I am not the only person to get the roundabout answers from the service department and the lack of communication from their managers. It appears the management team has time to read Yelp reviews about their business, but they don't have enough time to make a phone call to a customer. Any communication at all from the management team would have been appreciated since they obviously spent time looking me up and finding out what day my scheduled appointment was, but it appears there is a lack of integrity at Denny Menholt. I have attached my first review, which is factual information about what my experience has been. Again, I would not recommend Denny Menholt if you are having issues with your vehicle (warranty or not), need it done in a timely manner, and want to be treated like a decent human being.

I made an appointment for an oil change and a complimentary tire rotation. 2.75 hours later, with no apparent complications, my car was ready to go. Yup, 2.75 hours. I let the Service Manager know I wasn't pleased, his response was "And? It's the same anywhere you go around here". Really? I have never waited more than one hour for an oil change and inspection. Poor response from the Service Manager, and needless to say I was not impressed. The only positive part of the morning there, was a cuddle from the resident mini-Dachshund, Sam. At least he knows how to treat the customers right.

Great experience. Isaac was a very helpful salesman and he was friendly and informative without being pushy. They took my trade-in and I left with the exact car I was looking for. Hassle-free, I would recommend this dealership.

3 1/2 hrs for a scheduled oil change. Not returning. Buying a Subaru next time. 11 years going to the same dealership in Missoula with my Subaru Outback and always had exceptional service.

My husband and I just purchased a 2022 Honda Odyssey from University Honda, Wisteria was our salesperson and the whole transaction went as smoothly as was possible. We used our current vehicle as a trade-in, paid some cash, and financed a bit, so we used pretty much all of their services. Wisteria guided us through each step, from the test drive through the sale, with a calm assurance that put us at ease. Her masterful knowledge of all the features of the vehicle was impressive and smoothed our adjustment to a different vehicle. We'll be keeping the van for quite a long time, but when we are ready for our next vehicle University Honda will be our first stop.

Had a great experience with my new lease signing. Chris made everything super easy and was always available to help during the process. Car came in quicker than expected and he made sure I understood everything about my new car and the process.
