I was recommended this nail salon and it did not disappoint. The nail technician was kind, polite, responsive and empathetic. She made sure that I wasn’t in any pain during removal. I brought in an inspiration photo and she gave me the exact set I wanted. Her application of acrylic was fast, yet detail-oriented, smooth and thin. (I don’t like thick acrylic nails.) She even had the straight tips I wanted for this set. I loved the shape, colors, nail art and service. I would definitely recommend to others.

These individuals are price gougers!!!!
They’re from California . They making up their own price for each person that walks in , not going by the prices on their board, hence the lack of price info on the website . My best friend and I stopped in for manicures and the board said 25 they were charging us 35. I had no polish. She had polish on 4 fingers he told her he would usually charge 3. Extra for removal of each polished finger. She got unset and didn’t finish the mani where they had me clear across the room from her I couldn’t hear what was going on. They also have her mother working there, I don’t believe she is licensed to do so.

I asked for gel pedicure. The young man doing my pedicure got polish all over my toes around my toenails which means when it starts lifting off of the skin it’ll also come up off my nails and not last the 4-6 weeks I was hoping for. Wish I’d been able to get a better look (needed my glasses obviously) before I left so that I wouldn’t have tipped.

It was fine at first, the nail art itself looks great but when it comes down to the application it’s terrible. Anytime I tried to ask for something different about the shape nana insisted square was easy. I was shut down every time I tried to say something about them. She did not put the acrylic all the way back to the cuticle leading to lifting and the acrylic that was applied on the actual nail was super thin and chipped the day after. I had talked to friends and they said they are super understanding of problems and would fix it. When I went in and presented my problems and asked to fix the chipped nail her and her client at the time started telling me that it was normal and my nails just did that. The client/ regular tried to tell me off about them when my grandma stopped her. She finally agreed to fix the one thumb nail. While I was waiting she and her regular were verbally talking crap about me. As she was doing the fix she told me to go somewhere else next time as she wants her clients to “talk sweet to her”. I told her I didn’t have a problem with her, just the quality. I paid 100 dollars for these, of course I’m going to be upset if they look awful after 3 days.

The worst pedicure I've ever had. The nail polish doesn't cover the entire nail or go to the cuticle. My nails weren't trimmed. I definitely will not be going back unless they redo my $80 pedicure and the tip. The people working there are kind, but I should have inspected my nails before I left! I would also agree with everyone regarding price. The guy is very pushy even with the tip, so be prepared to stand your ground or spend twice what you wanted to.

Nana did my daughter and my self nails today. They look amazing. She was very nice. My daughter was scared of the dermal and Nana kept assuming her that she would be gentle. I gave 4 stars cause the price kept changing it was 55 at first then went to 65 and at the end was 80 for each of us. I will go back she did a great job just make sure you know the price before and make them stick to it. Thanks for the beautiful nails.

Nana is amazing at her work. I am a lazy woman and only make it in once a month for my nails. But her work will stand the test of time and mother's hard routine!

I have NEVER had an issue with Nana doing my nails. They have always been amazing. Until this last time I got them done.. 3 of my nails started to lift, & took almost half or more than half of my real nails with them! I have never experienced anything like this getting acrylics, but I had to literally cut pieces of my nail & skin from the tip of my nail to get the already mostly torn off acrylics. I had only just started getting my nails done again 2 months prior, & my nails were in great condition. Now they are all breaking off, & then there are nails that wing come off period. I refuse to attempt to take them off because of the trauma from the ones that caused me so many issues including pain & a Dr visit even!I'm just posting this because it was so traumatic for me..I won't be getting my nails done again period, but especially here as I think k she rushed me & that's what caused this to happen.

Me my mom my partner there sister and I went in are nails were poorly done and they super mean making mean comment to us they charged 20 dollars for each little detail on the nail my mom had one little white line on her nail and was charged her for it they did not tell us prices they told us 90 for all and later on when we were paying told us that they told us the price from the beginning it was about 800 towards the end and didn't tell us and didn't want to finish my partners sisters nails don't go here it sucks there rude and mean

i wish I would have read the reviews before.. this is by far the worst place I have ever done nails for me and my 2 daughters. my 1 daughter had a nail pop off after 1 day and my other daughter has her nails comin up and mine are all chipped and very poorly done!! I'm disappointed it was definently not worth 285 dollars way too over priced for the crappy service we got!! I will never go here again nor spend another dollar!! do not waist your money here your better off getting your nails done better somewhere else for a better price!

I’ve had the pleasure of Nana doing my nails. She was extremely friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. Usually my social anxiety peaks while receiving nail services but during my appt she went above and beyond to make sure I loved my nails every step of the way & did an immaculate job on them! If you’re into the Pinterest-inspired nails, Nana is your girl. She has EVERYTHING you can imagine, to include LV, DIOR, ADIDAS, YSL & sooooo many much more. After years of searching for the right nail salon to fit my aesthetic, (I’m usually inspired by Pinterest and over the top nails), she will now be my new favorite nail tech in Missoula!!!
