I dropped my phone (shattered it). Traveled 40 minutes to the only Cricket store in the area. They don't close until 7:00 but when we got there at 5:30 they were locked up. We could see two ladies behind the desk. They came to the door and said they're closed early because of being short staffed. Lol have you ever seen more than one worker in a cricket store?!!
Here they had TWO workers but claimed to be short staffed. ? So if you need to visit the cricket store in Missoula, make sure you get there before 5:00 and even then who knows if they'll be open! ?
I ended up going online and buying an unlocked phone instead. ??♀️

I like the cricket wireless company but as for Wireless Revolutions they are a horrible company! They got rid of the manager that made sure all his customers were satisfied! All they care about is money in their pockets not customer satisfaction.

They are never open on the hours they say they are open.. It's been two days straight in a row and I have been here around 4:20pm .. I show up at this location and they are not open everytime

Price magically went from $80 to $88 to $100 in 2 months. Employee cannot help me over the phone says I have to drive over there in order to give any help. Not happy with Cricket right now at all ??

I've been with Cricket wireless for about two years now and the two working at the Southgate mall location James Morgan and Hali are awesome! They answered all of my questions and got my new phone up and working in 15 minutes with a new case and screen protector! Awesome customer service and very helpful! I will be sending friends and family to see them hands down!
