Made an appointment to get my tires changed about a week ago. Took my car into today for my scheduled appointment and it took them 2 1/2 hours to change 4 tires which is an hour longer than they quoted me for. Friendly staff but please work on time management, it’s ridiculous.

Tire change. They are way booked out, but they stand behind work so it is worth it. Always courteous. Was not able to get their tires to get snow tires when I bought my truck. Since then they have them. They changed tires even though they were not bought there.

Did an overnight drop off tire change appt. Justin was very helpful setting it up. Prompt and professional at both drop off and pick up. Carson was super friendly and helpful loading our take offs that we were keeping. All in all a good experience.

Purchased tires online and tires were delivered to warehouse in about 4 days from time of purchase. Appointment website was booking out until mid-December (about a month away). Inquired about appts in person, was able to get in in about a week. Definitely call the store directly or show up in person! This was during peak fall/winter tire swap season. Got to appt on time, checked in. It took about 1.5 hrs to get 4 tires swapped out so not unusual. I did my usual shopping and waited in the food court area. Service was prompt, kind, and courteous. They did leave my old tires in the car when I paid for a tire disposal fee. However, I'll just sell them on fb marketplace and get my money back anyways. Will definitely deal with again!

Prices can't be beat, but don't say something you can't deliver. I had an appointment at 11:30 they said an hour and 15 to an hour and a half 2 1/2 hours later, they were finally done. But I understand, sometimes things just go sideways during the day. Love the new bridge stones

Unbelievably painful. I tried to use the website to get tires and it wouldn’t let me make an appt so i went in. I tried to buy tires in house and they don’t take master card. I eventually got the website to work and then tried to make an appt for Sunday which is when the employee I talked to said there was times available. It wouldn’t show that so I tried to call in 10 times and no one answered once. Decided I would just walk in Sunday and was told 3-4 hours. 6 hours in I tried to call again and again no answer so I tried another extension finally got a human. Horrible experience and I will NEVER be coming back or recommend to anyone.

Well I thought this was going to be a good place with the fast and easy customer service .... But showing up 15 minutes early to get my car an hour and a half later is not ok. Definitely foresee bad backups and issues unfolding with this place. Buy your tires and get them mounted elsewhere

Told us the car/new tire would be ready to go in 30 minutes. After not hearing from them for almost 3 hours, we go in. The tire was not touched. Didn't even think to update my family when they found out they didn't have the tire we needed for our car. We were being "helped" by Justin. Nate's (the manager) response to the situation seemed like he could care less. We headed over to POMPS tire and 10/10 service!! Got it done in 15 minutes!!!

Absolute awful service. Came in at 10am with a non-replaceable tire. Justin told us they could fix it in 30 minutes at noon. Came back in at 2:30, tire wasn't touched. Nothing was fixed. Talked to the manager, Nate! Nate said "Sorry, we don't have the tire! Someone was supposed to call, sorry!" No care in the world. If you want quality people and tires, drive .5 miles down the road to POMPS TIRE!!!! Great service, quick and helpful!!!! Costco tires have lost business from our family, which is a total of 10 cars. Save yourself the hassle and head to pomp's tire!!! We are from Washington, I would drive 8 hours any day to Pomp's tire than ever going to Costco again!!
