Haircut was mediocre, but what really kills me is they asked if I wanted a beard trim, I agreed asked to have them square it up and get any scraggly hairs and the woman completely reshaped my beard and messed the whole thing up. I'm very disappointed and won't ever be back to that cost cutters and will probably never let a beautician touch my beard again. I have had better haircut from both Walmart and Great Clips.

Brandy is a true professional. I come back to Missoula every summer from NYC and am always relieved to find her here! Believe it or not I tell everyone I have to go to Montana to get a great cut! Brandy is friendly, professional, and fast. She knows her stuff!!

Been coming here since covid. The gals that work here are very friendly, always greet you with a smile and also do a great job! Brandi and Renae as well as the rest of the crew always do a wonderful job!
Stylist: Brandi has been cutting my hair for a little over 4 years now. She always does a great job making sure I am happy with the length and that everything is clean and crisp before I walk out of the salon.

3 stars: I was enjoying getting my hair cut here when we went to missoula. Last time Brandy kept trying to convince another that she can cut their hair while still cutting mine. She didn't wash my hair and rushed me throw and I felt ignored a huge portion of the time. She tried to have me be done without trimming the front of my hair only the back. I had to ask her to cut the front. I may need another $25 haircut because she rushed so much. Anyways usually it's good but not the last time. She was very distracted.?♀️
Requested style: I asked for shampooing and haircut. Didn't receive shampooing. Was rushed through and felt ignored big part of the time.
