Sales Rep was amazing.We had a sofa and loveseat delivered over a month ago. Buttons on one side did not work and the delivery guys left it like that. I had to call Conlins and talk to the Warehouse Supervisor to order a new part. He said he would order the part, three weeks later we still do not have the part. It was never ordered! I am sure we will enjoy our reclining sofa soon.

They were super nice in the store. We placed over a $3,000 order. Said it would have to be ordered and about 2-3 weeks out. I called 4 weeks after ordering, as there was No phone contact. No message. Nothing.They didn’t have it in yet. Week 5 is when they said they had it.Now, we’ve had it in our house only 1 month, and one side of our reclining sectional does not recline anymore. And they said they try to take care of it in house, not use the Conlin’s care (that we paid for) which is awesome! However, did you know the “conlins care”, you can only use once?! Definitely NOT worth $250! That was NOT disclosed!

Complete and blatantly lied to. Were told the price was due to a problem with a missing item, or because it was a 'floor model', only to find out by other employees that we were intentionally mislead. Were told there were only 'x' number of chairs, to yet again be told, "no, we get chairs brand new in sets of two so we have no idea why you were told otherwise". We were also made aware of the fact that it's just how they do things during "clearance and blowout" or whatever "sale" that's being promoted.ANDWe were told and paid for delivery that was supposed to be ~a week... over FIVE weeks later and multiple calls each week being told next week or just a few days, it was then revealed to us that, it all had to be ordered and we shouldn't have ever been told a week as they were out weeks for deliveries and haven't been receiving inventory accurately.ANDThen after the items were delivered and assembled, my 16 y/o daughter sat on one of the chairs only to find out that along with that chair the 6 of the other chairs (so far) were barely hand tightened. Now I have to go through the rest of the items to check if they were assembled appropriately but seeing what I've had to address it's apparent there is a serious lack of training or it's just not something they consider important. Glad I paid for delivery and assembly.Unfortunate that a Missoula business would completely throw away integrity and honesty only to replace them with the complete opposite. And find a way to make us feel bad for everything from the day we walked out with the receipt.Seriously go anywhere else, even automated online buying is better service and integrity... at least it's not disrespect and poor treatment.

The whole experience was pleasant. Lots of choices to choose from without feeling cramped inside. Joe was exceptional the entire time. He answered all our questions and was very inviting. He helped guide us through the entire process in a friendly way!

Spent A LOT of money with Conlin's. They delivered the mattress with a tear in it. Manager refused to do anything. Also, salesperson told us our couches were made in Oregon while they were made in Viet Nam.

My experience was fine. But when it says negotiate, negotiate, negotiate, it was almost as if we weren’t able to really negotiate on my kitchen table that I wanted.But I just decided to go with what they had because it didn’t seem like they were going to budge. Not as good as I had hoped, considering when I got home, they wanted me to buy the kitchen table set that was still in the box. It would’ve been nicer to get a better deal on it because 1) we had to assemble it ourselves. 2) it was more of a pain in the butt then it would be to just buy the floor model they just didn’t want to have to build a new one and 3) there were chips on the seats and on the corner of the table was busted.

My partner and I were looking all over Missoula for cheap furniture. This place had the best deals we saw. We got a really nice couch we ordinarily could not have afforded and couldn’t be happier. Shawn helped us from the moment we walked in and was awesome! Great experience will come back soon!

We came into the store during the big sale and were greeted by Tom Harvey. He was extremely kind and helpful during the process. He had a lot of great information and was very respectful when we asked to walk around for a minute to decide which items we wanted. He answered all of our questions and had great recommendations. When we return to Conlins, we look forward to working with Tom again! Best experience we have had at Conlins so far.

My wife and I have been customers of Conlin's Furniture for over 3 years. The service we have received has been exceptional. Very professional, personable and excellent product knowledge. Of course, we had some delivery delays due to COVID, but they were manufacturing delays outside any control of Conlin's influence. During those delays though, we were always informed on a regular basis of the status of our order. Recently, we ordered additional furniture for our patio an Josh Brown, the store manager, was extremely helpful in placing the order, interfacing with the manufacturer and assuring us there would be no delays. In short, we are very pleased with our relationship at Conlin's Furniture and will continue to patronize them and share our positive experience with friends. Mark & Veronica

With being new to the area Conlin’s liquidation sale was very easy to spot thanks to the amazing advertising that was provided in town. I went in looking for a dining room table for my family and came to find exactly what I was looking for. The sales associate Tom was very helpful and informative. Negotiating was also possible thanks to Toms communication skills and the manager on-site. This was a memorable experience and I look forward to stopping by for future furniture pieces that I may need in the near future.

I heard about Conlin's warehouse liquidation sale when I passed a sign on Russell Street. I saw it was still going on and so I stopped to see if they had a futon with a deal that had a mattress with the firmness I prefer. I found out that they did! So, bought it through their credit card program and am very pleased with their excellent customer service. They even will deliver it for me! Thank you Everyone!!Shana
