As a part owner of Changes Salon I would like to clarify that the recent post from rivals rivals has inconsistencies pertaining to his wife's visit. First off we have no one by the name of Lori that works for our shop. Second we operate under professionalism and would never tolerate a stylist drinking while on the job. That post has been reported to Goggle.

My wife recently had her hair done at CHANGES SALON AND DAY SPA just in time for our big, 10 year anniversary. She has struggled to find someone who she felt comfortable having do their hair since we moved to Missoula last year, she was literally SO excited.I received a text from her while she was sitting in the chair stating that she CLEARLY smelled alcohol on the stylists breath. At this point I told her that it would be fine to leave without the cut. But, she was so excited that, against her better judgement, went along with it.Now, I am not a hair dresser by any means, but LORI made my normally beautiful wife look like DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER. I was shocked, and my wife was reduced to tears. Since then, I have been sleeping in a spare bedroom as my wife feels too gruesome for intimacy.So, thank you for ruining our anniversary.Service: Hairstyling

I went into this salon a few days ago with one of my girlfriends from the university. Immediately after walking in my friend and I looked at each other in disbelief of the smell inside the waiting room. I grew up with brothers, but this is the type of smell that would make a long haul trucker gag. It didn't smell like a recent bathroom visit, but more like an issue with sewage. The person behind the counter looked at me like I had two heads when I brought up the smell. She looked me dead in the eye and said "If you have a problem, then why don't you just piss off?". I am not sure which is more awe-inspiring, her attitude or her clear-cut case of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. She needs to see a doctor.

I've been putting off this review for a long time but I've never been able to get this manicure out of my head. I had Nikki K. I went in for a mani pedi and the pedicure was super relaxing, long, and nice. When it came to paint my toenails they were an average job I could've done myself. When she painted the clear coat on my big toe there was some red left on the nail polish which ruined the color of my light pink nail. She asked if it was fine that we leave it and not redo the toe and I said no. When we did my acrylics she put no fake nail on to build off of and instead packed the acrylic on so long I was in shock. Then she painted over the nails with regular polish and I had to wait for them to dry, which they didn't. These were also a hack job and lumpy. Going out to my car within 2 minutes I had smudged a nail and ruined it. That same day a nail broke right off while opening my car door. It didn't even hurt. I was not shocked because the acrylic would've never held. I got it fixed for no charge which was nice. But then the next day another one broke off in a similar way. I took them all off and once again it didn't hurt to break each one off easily with my teeth. I could've glued some Walgreens nails on for wayyyyy less money and they would've been better quality. Don't go here.

Changes has such a great crew of talented stylists! You're in fantastic hands no matter who's chair you sit in. Nikki Kelly has been doing all of my services for over 18 years, and in that time I've not only been able to experience the excellent quality of her services, but I've been able to see the incredible work the other stylists put out. Lisa, the owner, is kind and welcoming, very talented and committed to helping her stylists thrive and ensuring every customer who walks in the door is treated like a VIP. I wish I could give more than 5 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Services: Haircut
