We are return customers to Cars 4 U LLC, about 6-7 years ago the great folks at this location helped my wife and I buy our first vehicle together. We had fantastic service then, and on our return this week as well! The sales associate Morgan made our return experience super easy as it has always been, and purchasing our second vehicle together was a smooth and relaxed experience! We enjoy the mellow atmosphere and down to earth staff as well as the great deals than can be had. Would definitely recommend picking up your next used vehicle from here!

The customer service at this dealership is top notch. The sales rep handled all of my questions professionally and ensured that I had all the information needed for the few cars I looked at before choosing the one for me. Didn’t help or show off the car when I came at all. Car I was looking at was dead battery. Dealer had me jump car by myself which is whatever, not the largest thing in the world. What upset me was I ended up buying the car because I was a bit desperate and the car was low miles. I ended up sending about 50% more than average on Kelly blue book because this is Montana economy and the car had to have repairs before on the car4U lot. Dealer was very reluctant to give me mechanical notes from these repairs. When he did they were awful notes with their printer ‘misaligned’ so everything read in the poor column. I know that most of those mechanics parts/processes were not poor because I test drove the car. I ended up buying it, trusting the dealer. I came to realize 24 hrs later that the key cylinder on the driver side door is completely non functional ( I had been using the fab before). The dealer promised me all the functions of the car were functional before I signed. When I confronted him politely about it he claimed that it had always worked and then ghosted me. So how is it that it broke with 24hrs of me having it without ever touching it? I highly doubt. Next time, I’ll be checking everything on a car and not trust some shady dealer, and especially not buying from Car4U.
