“Fantastic experience at Imperial Auto Spa! I bought a new-to-me 2022 Tacoma used from hunting guide. The truck had a significant amount of grime and a decent amount of surface scratches from brush that I was not going to be able to get out on my own. I have never paid for a detail as its a solid chunk of money and I was apprehensive, but absolutely worth it at Imperial. They took time for me to go over specifics on certain areas of the truck as I dropped it off. The engine bay and truck bed (with a cap) also got special attention and cleaned very well. I was most impressed with %95 of the surface scratches buffed out and gone!If you're looking for a quality experience with top notch cleaning products, I would absolutely recommend Imperial. Both of the employees took care of my truck as if it were their own! Thank you Imperial!!”

“I must say, this is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a review. To say that my expectations were met above and beyond anything I could have hoped for is a understatement! The convenience of mobile , coming to my house or location of my vehicle alone is incredible, no need to find time and a ride for drop off and pick up alone is incredible. My Jeep has been detailed b4 but not even close to the same level of perfection, might I add I have a border collie who comes ever where and the amount of hair was overwhelming. She treated it like it was her own, the pride and diligence was impressive. 100 degrees outside and she worked for hours until it was done!!! How she got all the dog hair out, no idea, it is definitely her super power. Recommend at a 10 out of 10!!!!”

“These guys were so awesome! They were the only place willing/able to look at my truck for me after calling around to several places the other afternoon. I didn't know it until after they checked/topped all my fluids and tugged on different parts from underneath on the front end, but they are strictly a lube shop... they went above and beyond what I would expect from a shop that doesn't do other mechanic work, and they were really cool about talking with me about what was going on with my truck and what could possibly fix it, etc.Maybe it's not unusual for a lube shop to do all that, but I thought it was really great. Nice, friendly service! Thanks guys!”

“The gas prices are good. We went in to get something to drink. I got a lemonade but it was so carbonated that it didn't even have a lemon taste to it. The girl working the register let me throw it out and get another type of drink which I thought was kind of her. She said they would check into the carbonation issue.”

“After 2 weeks of -20 and slop I really needed a wash. Never been here but Dave the manager and the crew stayed late ( I didn't realize I showed up a couple of minutes before close at 5pm) and washed my rigged with special attention to the motor since I had some leaks that I really need cleaned up.Really a little gem of a place tucked behind Muralt's amd will defiantly visit again.Someone else said they were "expensive" but I'll tell ya, 120 for a truck trailer and motor with degreaser is a pretty good price nowadays!”

“It's a car wash, so it's difficult to know how to rate it. But ease of access is fine, it seems pretty well maintained, the wash/dry options are also good.I guess the only 'issue' I saw was lack of the ability to vacuum your vehicle, which most self-serve car washes have.”
