I’ve been through the refinance process several times in the past and we all know how confusing and stressful it can be. Working with Sam was the opposite! The process went as smoothly as possible! My husband & I met with Teresa last year to find out what we needed to do to get ready to buy a home. We did what Teresa recommended and now we are in a position to purchase the home we rent. I emailed Teresa and left her a subsequent message with absolutely no response. We used Capital Family Mortgage in the past and wanted to give you our business. I see all positive comments on Google. Unfortunately we did not experience the same customer service. We will find another company.
