Stephanie did such an incredible job on my extensions! She walked me through the whole process, care routine, and maintenence. The coloring matched perfectly and the extensions look so natural. They are gorgeous. She was fast, knowledgeable, and kind for the entire consultation and appointment. I look forward to seeing her again for upkeep.
Facility was also very clean the front desk staff were efficient and friendly!

I’m new to the area and book a consultation to make sure what I wanted could be done before booking. Since I’ve had bad experiences at other places and have had my hair fried off before I like to talk to someone in person before blindly trusting and booking from a website. When I told them what I wanted I got asked “why did you book a consultation then instead of the service” , u said because I have had some bad experiences and don’t just trust anyone to do my hair that I like to talk to someone about it to make sure it can be done and was told that because I didn’t blindly trust and book without the consultation that they were not confortable doing my hair. Would not recommend this salon at all if you have any reservations or actually want to make sure what you want can be done without ruining your hair they will send you away.

Terrible cut. Went here because they are highly recommended. When making my appt I explained that my hair is fine and straight and I needed someone who knows how to cut my type of hair Got one of the worst cuts I have ever had. Every cut is glaring and obvious not blended. Showed a pic of what I wanted but she said she thought that style would not be very attractive on me even though I told her this is my usual cut so I figured she is the expert so we went with her suggestion. Once we agreed upon the cut she never said another word to me. Cut is Not very flattering on me. I have an obvious ridge just above my ears and then the rest comes at chin line No smooth transitions. Told her I wanted some volume but two days later even using volumizing products it is flat. Sits on my head like a winter cap. Very disappointed. Also had my brows waxed by another employee. Said I needed them evened up. One is still higher than the other. Overall not a happy experience and I am headed off to a big event for my son now looking worse than when I walked into their salon

I got my first haircut in a year with Tiffany. I have been working very hard to grow out my hair, I asked her to just trim the bottom cutting as little as possible off. I asked for LONG face framing layers. During the appointment I did make a comment saying that she was taking chunks off of my hair, to which she replied “it’s the layers.” The whole haircut looks so choppy and it’s such a drastic cut off from the bottom layer to the top. The top layer is literally half the length the bottom layer. She immediately curled my hair to hide how choppy it looked. I cried when I washed my hair and saw just how short it is. She also started “thinning out” my hair without asking, I have very thick hair - which I would have liked to keep thick. Just sad overall with how my hair looks now.

Gary has been my hair stylist for several years now. He cuts my hair with years of experience. He always listens to your specifications, but is not afraid to make suggestions. I'm very happy with his expertise. I'll be going to Gary till he retires or I expire.
Requested style: I am trying to grow my hair to one length. Gary has cut my hair with that in mind.

Daisy is amazing! She transformed both my and my husband's naturally black and curly hair into blonde masterpieces without compromising our curl pattern. Listens, educates, and achieves amazing results. Plus, she's super sweet. Highly recommend!

Daisy was my hairdresser for my last cut and she did an amazing job. I told her what I wanted and she explained to me what my hair would look like if she cut it like that and I was really grateful. She cut it a different way and it turned out really great! She said my hair was too short in order for my hair to look like I ask for and made it even better. Great experience :)

Took a chance on someone we had never used before but it was 8th grade graduation and we were out of time. Tiffany did an awesome job on my sons hair. He's very picky and loved it. We are definitely going back to her!

Stylist: I've been to Burton's twice once with Vixai and when I called to get her on short notice (booked of course) they set me up with Natt. Both are delightful.

My friend was so excited to get her hair cut here. She's been before and has a regular stylist that's always done a fantastic job. This last time she came, there was a different stylist. She asked for the stylist to keep her hair long and cut off the dead ends. She also told her not to cut her bangs because she was growing them out to have curtain bangs. The stylist wouldn't listen. She said she needed "much more hair cut off" and cut 7 inches off her hair. Additionally, she said she "needed" to even out her bangs- the stylist gave her the ugliest micro bangs - after she was told not to touch them. They're soo short that they stick straight up. This is a beautiful girl who now looks absolutely ridiculous all because the stylist wouldn't listen to her client. I would give zero stars if I could.

I would recommend the Burton hair experience to anyone around. But most importantly, shoutout to Kayla for being a very talented stylist. She was super attentive, knowledgeable, and patient with my hair color/cut goals. I am rather particular and was really grateful for the top quality service she provided. Anyone who can help us look better to feel better deserves all the praise! She’s a keeper and no doubt I’ll book my next appointment with Kayla. The ladies at the surrounding chairs were doing amazing work with their clients as well. It’s clear that the shop holds an elite status in town for a reason!

Gary did a FANTASTIC job and I gave never been happier with both the cut and the color. His years of experience show. I heartily recommend this gentleman!?
