I recently down sized in living space, and needed to store my belongings somewhere for the time being. I chose Broadway Storage Because how clean, and well maintained the whole space is. The staff there has been nothing but The best, and very professional. Thank you for making this a easy transition.

Broadway storage is by far one of the most friendliest and cleanest storage complexes in the East Missoula area. The rates aren't bad at all either, its also nice that you can reserve the unit online.

The worst storage rental, bar none. You may be considering renting from Broadway Storage because of its proximity to campus and downtown, or maybe because it has a fence around it that is padlocked every night, but don't be fooled - theft is the least of your worries.

My unit was broken into within the first month. The majority of my boxes were unpacked if they weren’t just taken, so obviously the person had plenty of time to go through them. Not so much as an apology from the people who run it. The only reason I give them two stars is because when I initially leased it and found out someone else’s lock was still on it, Sabrina was all over it and got it taken care of that day. So I guess I’ll say good hiring, Sabrina gets 5 stars, the rest of it is one star since you can’t give it zero.

Don't rent from here. Access is too easy, and thieves broke into my storage unit (among others) in broad daylight and stole items. My lock was still secure; the thieves compromised the unit itself. Additionally, the unit fills with grimy dirt from the nearby train traffic.

Absolutely terrible. Thieves broke into my unit (among others) in broad daylight and stole items. Access is that easy. My lock remained completely secured; it's the units themselves that are insecure. The ownership assumes no liability. Additionally, the train traffic nearby covers your belongings with a black, grimy dirt. Rent here if you only want to temporarily store your stuff, are in a giving spirit, and like to cover it with dirt.

Great location for me and friendly staff. Unit and grounds were clean. Month to month lease was really convenient for me.
