After 20 years of being insured through Bob King State Farm and spending over $40,000 on policies I was dropped after my first real accident. Bob did nothing to try to stop it or make it better. I thought staying with slightly higher rates to keep a long account was worth it - but it turns out it is not true. All that "service" I was paying for turned out to be bunk! Go find online insurance and skip paying the useless middleman.
