needed some bindings and we had gone everywhere else in town stopped in here and it was such a vibe I won’t be going anywhere else again they had the best selection, nicest people who actually knew what they were talking about, and great prices. we thought since it was local it might be more pricey but we found the best deal and best stuff here so this is the only place we will be shopping for our snowboard and skate stuff for sure!

I buy my Vans here and they always have my faves. I like to order online and pick it up as they're very quick with pulling the product and notifying me. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and has a cool vibe rather than a "locals only" attitude.

This place was the only store on the internet left with the jacket colors and size that I needed. Shipping was fast (they sent it out same day), jacket is dope, and they even sent me a hand written note thanking me for the purchase. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to my friends. Keep up the good work you guys are awesome ?? (burton ak swash jacket)

Stopped by here visiting family and the folks there are great. Ordered online a few months later with some shipping questions: immediately Chris called me to help me ship out of state for the best price and even found the last of an out of stock hoodie for me.One year later I ordered a skateboard and again got contacted a few hours later asking about board assembly which then led to a grip tape issue but they got it solved in the best way possible.Don’t have shops like this in CA… BOM is the best skate shop I’ve ever been to.

Best store in Missoula! I have never had better customer service. I’ve been coming here for years, just chilling in the shop. The employees treat me like family, and it is fantastic here. But…They do have a pet moose. And a big harry Sasquatch named Ryan, that attacks you if you look at him wrong. Overall, better than Zumiez. Shop local, stay loco.

Everyone in the store is super amazing! I came in after having my vehicle down for a few days and wanted something fun to shred around the zoo on. These guys built me the sweetest riding, most beautiful wood grain board I have ever seen! Thanks so much guys. I have thoroughly enjoyed cruising on this thing. Just in time for my bday!

Drove 65 miles to support this shop....i walked in ready to spend 200+. I wanted swiss bones, the works... well after spending 10+ minutes looking at boards without any help, i walked to the counter. I expressed that i wanted to build a complete, and asked if there were any discounts for that, she said no and walked off....i stood at the truck counter awkward for a few minutes, then left. Really bummed about it.
